We kind of just had this poll with the whole "Who's gonna make it first" one done a few days ago...
but I'll say Ted just for his sweet finishing move.

I think both are very talented but Ted has more main eventer aura about him. I see Cody as an upper midcarder rather than main eventer. Plus I think he could bulk up a bit and with his genes it shouldn't be too hard!

Cody's at least got a bit of personality. He comes across as a whiny little twit, like Owen Hart.
Dibiase's just sort of... there.

Ted is good, but Cody is the more polished of the two.

They will be both be amoung the biggest stars in the company in 3-5 years time, if not sooner.
I'd say Cody is a more natural talker - although Ted has been the lead in a movie so he obviously has something there as well. Basically what I'm trying to say is that while Ted may be very good, Cody is an exceptionally gifted talker.
Although Ted has some sort of gimmick with his whole 'Priceless' thing, and Cody doesn't have that. He did have 'The Prince of Pro Wrestling' at Unforgiven but they dropped it for some reason. It kind of annoys me that even though The Legacy are now established as a group, they don't have group theme music, and Cody still uses what should really be Ted's music. It makes Cody seem somewhat less significan in that sense.

I'm going with Teddy, I have a strong hatred for CAWdy, and I don't even know why, I just can't stand the guy, he did however deliver some much needed lulz by mega supe roverselling that moonsault he failed to connect, like a fish out of water, hopped up on drugs, being electrecuted in an earthquake.

If it's a choice between that and priceless, I'd use Priceless. I just think that should have a Legacy entrance song. They can each use their own music if they have a singles match but if they ever come out to cut a promo all together, or if Cody and Ted come out together, they can use a Legacy theme. Until then the group won't feel complete to me.

Rev Theory should make Legacy's music. I don't know why Rev Theory. Just the idea Motorhead is to Triple H while Rev Theory is to Randy Orton. Just saying.

Cody is like a runt of the litter. It's not unfeasible that in 6 months time DiBiase could be challenging for the world title and main eventing PPVs as a singles wrestler.
I'd dump Cody from the faction all together and replace him with a huge muscle guy. He won't even need to have a famous dad, he'd work better with Orton and DiBiase.
Also while Cody still is in the band, as it were, I'd like to see more of the personality of he and DiBiase expressed. They should stop wearing tights and baby-oil, despite how beautiful at least two of the three might be, and start wearing suits and sunglasses. Turn up on Raw as if they're turning up to a nightclub, above it all and not really concerned with their day job. Make them playboys, run skits where they spend all of Raw in a limo with 8 hot babes, unconcerned if they get fined for a no-show because they're Legacy, they can do what they want.
DiBiase comes out before a match on Raw in his Armani suit, sunglasses and travel bag announcing that he's been informed by his Dermatologist that if he wrestles tonight he'll risk ruining his complexion so he's booked the next first class plane ticket out of town, and then have him just leave.
Stuff like that to really portray how arrogant, conceited and cocky the three of them are.
