Who is the best up and comer in the WWE so far today? Based on ringskills and mic skills only, who is the next big thing, who isn't Brock Lesnar?
MVP in my opinion.

Jack Swagger, followed closely by John Morrison.

Morrison, then Punk, then MVP.
Morrison has total greatness written all over him.

I think Morrison and MVP are on the verge of breaking out as is with Morrison having the most potential of anyone on the list any way you slice it.
After that, the true diamond in the rough is Swagger. I know he's getting a pretty good push and most people around these parts see the potential, but he's got a LONG way to go in a number of key areas. I just see him overcoming those things and building off of what he already has. He's got the talent, he's just got to dig a little deeper to complete the package.

Tough call, but I know this much. I'd pick anyone of them over the current main event scene

I was first Punk vote. Sweet. And now, ten minutes later, he's tied atm with Morisson. Sweeter.

Stupid question....
Can you still be considered an Up and Comer after you have already held the World Title on RAW? (Looking at you in this poll Punk)
If that's the case... then I would say Cena and Orton are the best up and comers.

If that's the case... then I would say Cena and Orton are the best up and comers. I'd say so. Despite winning the title in '04, Orton didn't reach the top until '07, IMO. Like Punk, Orton just kinda wondered aimlessly after losing the belt. Right now, I'd say Morrison and Punk are one-two and trading spots constantly. After that, I'd say Bourne, MVP and trailing badly, Swagger. I like Swagger but, considering he didn't get a WM spot, I wonder if WWE is as high on him as they once were. I'd like to think Miz will do well but, I want to see how he does on RAW first.

Morrison, though I feel that not all these guys are on the same level. Some of them could be on top tomorrow, which really puts them above "up and comer"

Granted the Tag Title match was a big match but as you said, he had a spot that got shifted and, to shaft Swagger like that as ECW Champ is...odd shall we say.

I see them both being huge in the future.

I think Punk and Morrison have a great chance to be this generation's Rock/HHH rivalry. Elevating one another to the next level. Battling low on the card, midway up the card, the eventually main eventing against one another.

for me it's a tie b/w John Morrison, CM Punk and Jack Swagger (voted for Swagger, he's just phenomenal, saw him live 1 week ago, he's already the s*** in the ring)
Vince COULD let them become 3 of the key players for the next 5 years, let's just hope he gives them some good pushes, some important top-card feuds and more mic time to develop their characters!
