Check this out guys, this hopefully means nothing but it looks like it can mean that Undertaker is retiring this year. If you go on live events in the WWE.com, at this link, www.wwe.com/schedules/events/?country=GermanyYou can see that for this fall, they have listed a "WWE SmackDown & ECW Present Undertaker's Rest In Peace Tour". Rest In Peace Tour? This sounds like it might be a "farewell" or "retirement" tour. I hope not and hope that its some huge planned title run, but with the way taker's other recent runs ended (injuries), I doubt WWE would put the belt on him again. So what do you think? Is this a hint that Taker retires this year? I hope not because I think he proved to everyone at Wrestlemania 25 that he is still one of the greatest in the company and if he retired, the WWE would take a huge hit! Anyone know anything of this? I dont read the news sites usually...

Could just be like the DX tours they have. However, if it is a retirement, I want to see him go out at Survivor Series.

God, I hope not. I certainly don't want to see Undertaker wrestling at Ric Flair's age, but I'd like him to stick around for a few more years. Also, the streak should never be broken...EVER.

Me, I want him to get to 20-0 and then retire.

If he was retiring i have doubts such an earth shattering event would be announced at a poxy house show.

I honestly dont see him retiring till he gets least to 20-0, id say his schedule would be heavily reduced like between 2004-06 where he'd be only at some of the PPV's

I think this'll be his last run on the overseas house shows, because he'll be retiring at WM 26.

Its the "Rest in peace" tour, now i dunno why people would assume it means retirement cuz rest in peace is his thing he says. As i said they'd hardly announce his retirement on a house show.

No, but who said they are? If they announce it and then build towards it, a farewell tour, then the OP might be right.

"Rest in peace tour?". Most tours i heard of are not usually named after wwe superstars their usually like "road to wrestlemania", or "raw tour". To have one that says rest in peace really has me thinking this is his farewell tour before he retires at wrestlemania 26 or another ppv.

Its a big issue, i doubt they'd use a house show to promote an apparent retirement tour. If they were gonna announce his retirement it would be a big deal on WWE.com and Raw/SD, the name of the tour probably has no bearing on any retirement since i think he's got a few years left on his contract anyway.

From PWInsider:
WWE will be running one of their European tours in November under the header of " The Undertaker's Rest In Peace Tour". I have had some people ask me if it's a retirement deal for Taker but I have been told it's just a marketing vehicle that is using his catch phrase as a selling point.

Taker won't retire because he isn't even alive. He will wrestle forever! Golly Gee Wiz wally, don't you guys know anything. He is the dead man...shoots lightning when he enters the ring and has power to control the lighting too. To be honest I am afraid just thinking about him...

If he has a few years left on contract, then no.

I just realized once Taker and Shawn retire there will be no reason, for me at least, to watch WWE.

Speaking of Taker retiring, if he was to finish his career with one last Wrestlemania match, who would want to see him get the Flair treatment and be inducted into the HOF while he is still actively wrestling?

Speculated after WM every year for the last 3 years, I swear.
Even when he came out of WM as Champ.
