Saw this in a column about Raw over at pulsewrestling.com
Now, I realise this was just a reviewer's opinion and idle speculation - but it does seem to have a ring of truth about it.
Hope the big fella's okay.

Batista's skin is that color because he uses tanning beds- he doesnt have to my knowledge jaundice/liver damage

Also, if he had jaundice, his conjunctiva would turn yellow before his skin would, and it's fairly dramatic. The whites of his eyes are still white, so I don't think he has anything to worry about.

That's quite a reach unless the guy 1) is a medical professional of some sort and 2) has given Dave an actual physical examination
Hell where I'm at, there's been a ton o' pollen in the air, maybe Dave got hit with a buncha pollen. Perhaps he had s tragic highlighter mishap, et al.
Chicanery aside, while an interesting topic, the source seems real real vague.

Liver damage? That is too easy it must be something way worse, maybe Lupus?
Make all the tests and I will just say no and come up with the answer anyway![Dr.House mode off]

I love how this news started out with " Im not a scientist nor am I the sharpest knife in the drawer" Just think, if the story had stopped there we'd have the world's first 100% accurate wrestling site story. Seriously I hope he's alright but if he wasn't I think there would be something more substantial being reported.

Batista's skin is that color because he uses tanning beds- he doesnt have to my knowledge jaundice/liver damage And you dont have to be on steroids to suffer liver cancer and if he had cancer he wouldn't be wrestling. Just a bit silly for someone writing on the internet to jump to a conclusion without evidence.

Damn it Otto, you have lupus! And the award goes to.... angryfan for his Hedberg reference Thanks Glad to see I'm not the only Mitch fan. Hell, I loved that entire bit. Alcoholism is a disease, but it's the only disease you can get yelled at for having.

Batista's skin is bright orange. How can he even notice the yellow under all that orange?

Saw this in a column about Raw over at pulsewrestling.com Okay since I work in the Medical field, I'm going to say he doesn't really show any signs of liver failure, the tint of his skin is due to his tanning and well the guy is greek/filipino so yeah his skin color will be different. Independent research equates to guy going on google. That's it. IF he was suffering from liver damage, Wellness would prevent him from competing like how Wellness prevented MVP from wrestling due to finding his heart condition. Really another sign in the internet wrestling columnist that don't write for 411 being idiots

They are many different reasons for that colour. I doubt he has liver damage.

Well, somebody here has 3 livers, so he could donate one to Batista, under the condition that Batista promises to pull more photoshop-worthy faces.

I don't know about his skin but his veins are absolutely disgusting. What the heck is wrong with them?
