A couple of months ago they teased a potentially FANTASTIC feud between John Morrison and HBK, with John even superkicking (and pinning) HBK at one time.
Did anything come of this? They mentioned it for a few weeks and then it seems to have been totally forgotten about.

From what I recall, he never pinned him with it. DX won the match but Morrison/Miz put up a fight. It was just a mini-feud as HBK was starting up against JBL at the time.

Morrison did pin him with the Superkick. In a match where Rey was his tag partner, I think.

Morrison hit it on HBK for Miz to get the pin.
And yes, I want that match so badly, but with the brand split being enforced strong now (bar MVP), it won't happen for at least a year.

Unless they had another match, Mysterio and HBK won: www.dailymotion.com/video/x7in2h_raw-112408-hbk-rey-mysterio-vs-miz_sportEven so, it was just a mini-feud on the side as HBK was starting to feud with JBL. It may happen one day, but if they are enforcing the draft like they seem to be, not now.

It never seemed to me like they were building for a feud between the two of them, despite the superkick. I always felt like it was just setting up for them to get squashed by DX.

I think it was bad timing. The whole DX vs. In-Crowd was a one-off thing, but I think because there was already plans in the work for Michaels and Bradshaw, they kind swept what they had brewing between Michaels and Morrison under the rug.
It's unfortunate that Morrison was drafted to Smackdown, cause it looks like we'll have to wait longer for that fued.

I could see a feud between Morrison and HBK at Wrestlemania 26.

They never teased a feud between the two. Lmao, you said so they mustn't have! Idiot. They did give the notion of the similarities between them, building towards something including the superkick, to them even immitating eachother scrambling on the ropes across the ring. May have not been a fued, but they singled out Morrison as someone a lot like HBK over them few weeks &, in wrestling, you can only assume that's where they were headed.

If they build Morrison up this year..................
God, a Morrison/HBK match at WM could be AMAZING.
Shaman of Sexy versus the Sexyboy
The Heart Break Kid versus the Guru of Greatness
Seriously, makes Morrison whether he wins or not

I loved the bit where they were both crawling on the ropes! You could only catch it for a split second because the camera didnt' focus on Morrison too, but that was great. I would have loved to see a Morrison/HBK fued, and yes, I do believe for a moment they teased the fued. Over several weeks Morrison tried one-upping HBK ... how is that not a tease to a fued? Only problem was they weren't about to split Miz and Morrison then. Hopefully by Mania or maybe Summerslam they throw them in a fued.

Yeah, but I find things like that idiotic, just for stating the fact they never did when there are tens of people who say that it did. It really grates on me lol, I got a warning for calling someone an idiot for making fun of the kid who died doing the jump off the roof, I don't understand why I got to warning for calling them an idiot for saying it, and they didn't even recieve anything. Odd. The site has lax rules at times.

You'd think being on a forum for almost 4 years would make someone remember how not to be a jerk to people but apparently not.

If you already got a warning for calling someone an idiot, why would you continue to call someone an idiot? That seems like something a ... dare I say it? ... idiot would do.
