Nice to see the official word on why Manu got the axe from the group as well as the E. Even though I admit kinda weird seeing Orton talk about someone's attitude problems....

Yeah, Randy really didn't have any issues with Shane kicking his ass. None whatsoever...

Good interview and he comes across well.
I thought he handled some potentially difficult questions perfectly.

Kinda funny he'd call someone out on maturity/behavioral issues, but Randy has certainly matured a lot these past few years.
I'd imagine a lot of 2nd/3rd gen wrestlers have behavioral issues.....you know their lineage is partly why they have jobs.

An interesting interview but complaining about someone "deserving" a first class seat. Anyone who can afford a first class seat "deserves" a first class seat.

Actually gained a little respect for Orton in the interview. He came off VERY professional.

An interesting interview but complaining about someone "deserving" a first class seat. Anyone who can afford a first class seat "deserves" a first class seat. WWE pays for the flights, generally First Class is reserved for the top couple stars, or special requests. Ie. Foley has mentioned that he asked for First Class now and then, usually if his family was coming with him. If Foley usually rode coach, then Manu can deal with coach That being said, that was a great interview. Randy came across great there, especially with The Sun's tendencies to ask some very smarky questions. Very impressed.

Well in all fairness Manu didn't really take care of his appearance, despite putting on some good matches. Maybe we'll see him again down the road if he gets his head on right. Instead we have the next Tiger Ali Singh.

The reason why I like Orton is I used to hate him. I did not want him pushed, he had a lot of backstage issues and generally acted like an asshat.
However, now he is on the top of his game, great in the ring, and pretty humble for a guy who has accomplished so much. It is nice to see that he can admit the WM main event could have been a lot better. He has a great mind for the business too.
As for Manu, considering what Orton said, I agree with him being canned. Although, lets be honest, if he had more superstar potential he would have been given more leeway.
Thems the breaks though. He should have known from being around the business so long that WWE would not tolerate that sort of behavior, especially from someone who does not fit the typical WWE star mold. Hopefully he gets his act together, improves, and can have another shot.
Great interview though. Makes me respect Orton a lot more, and I already had a lot of newfound respect for the way he has carried himself the past few years.

Amazing what getting married and having a kid will do to someone attitude wise.

Good interview. I agree that the stipulations placed on the HHH/Orton match really hurt it after seeing Taker/HBK, MITB and Matt/Jeff a feud like that at Mania should never have had all those stips. I do find it hypocritical that Orton is criticising Manu's attitude problems though, coming from a guy that had major problems and trashing hotel rooms. He was lucky that Flair and Hunter were mentoring him or he would have been kicked out quickly too.

He's right when he says that the stips surrounding the WM main event hurt the match.
