AGH!
I eat healthy, I exercise daily...and yet this thing that looks like a beer gut won't disappear.
Suggestions on losing it?

Patience and persistance. Keep up the good eating habits and exercise and in time it'll go.

Abdominal fat is the toughest to burn since it is, generally, the easiest to carry. Your arms, legs and chest will trim up earlier since those body parts can be impeded by the fat. Ab fat, like butt and hip fat on women, is nature's way of giving you a backup plan in bad times. Look at a silverback gorilla or a dominant orangutan. Big belly.
And once it starts to go, it will probably go evenly, so you won't notice it for a while.
Consider changing up your exercise to more of a fat loss focus than strength, hypertrophy or cardio. If you run daily on a treadmill, try to walk on a high incline (2.9-3.2 mph at 15.0 incline, NO HANDS for 30 minutes) instead. If you run outside, try out HIIT (high intensity interval training). Start at 8 minutes, 10 with warmup. Jog for two minutes, and then kick up to an even run. After 30 seconds, sprint for up to 30 seconds. After the sprint, only go down to your even run pace, not a jog. Do 8 of those 30/30 splits, and then jog/walk to bring your heart down gradually. Seriously, 8 minutes of HIIT that you slowly increase to 9, 10, 11...can be more of a fat-burner than a 20 minute job/run.
High reps/low weights/short rest weightlifting will also encourage fat loss, since it requires a consistently elevated heartrate as opposed to spurts of high weight/long rest lifting, as well focusing on motion as opposed to power. You'll get a better metabolism boost with both lifting and cardio changes, which will burn more fat faster as long as you make proper dietary adjustments.

Drop booze, sugary, and overly fatty foods. I recommend a Mediterranean diet:
I.e. whole grain, veggies, fruits, fish, and the like.

Just curious... do you or did you regularly drink beer?
I know my grandfather, dad and brother all have beer guts they've never been able to get rid of after starting to drink beer regularly (all happened about six months to a year after they started). Apparently it's bloats the stomach lining or something.
But yeah, from what I've heard... guts and love handles are the hardest to get rid of and depending on genetics, can be futile to get rid of from excerise.
Have you tried curling sit ups? Lock your fingers behind your head and when you do the situps alternate from touching your elbows to the opposite knee. The "twist' works on the abs a lot better than normal ones.

Find a stadium, most colleges will let you use them. Run up and down the bleachers. Works wonders.

Beer guy is a myth btw
The beer guy develops because when drunk people usually don't care about their diets and usually eat foods that are less than good for you nutritionally.
Honestly, just keep at it, but try to focus more on cardio than strength building.

Honestly, just keep at it, but try to focus more on cardio than strength building. Also, alcohol is a depressant. It slows down the brain, which slows down the nervous system and communication between organ systems, which slows down metabolism. You burn through calories more slowly and digest them more slowly, which increases the opportunity for carbohydrates to be broken down and stored as fat. Also, alcohol is a diuretic. If you spend a night asleep and dehydrated, your body will learn to add more fat and retain more water to compensate. And third, most people drink later in the day as opposed to earlier. Carbs before bed, especially with the system slow-down of alcohol, sit in your gut while you sleep and are partially stored as fat.
