55 hours....not for fun but due to injury
I slammed the door on my one of my middle fingers and the nail turned black instantly and the pain was awful.....

36 or so, I imagine. Sometimes pulling all-nighters is more difficult than at other times, because on occasion the lack of sleep will make me nauseous.

Definitely less than 24 hours. I love to sleep.

Between 24 and 28 hours without sleep a few times. There was a time after uni and before full time work that I was unemployed for a number of months, that plays havoc with your sleeping pattern. When I don't have to be up for something in the morning, I will not go to bed. I used to stay up for hours on end playing games and watching TV. Never longer though, I would always collapse asleep before about 28 hours had elapsed.
