The Creative team with their lackluster booking, or The talent relations department that's making all these controversial hirings and firings?
I've seen people complain about both, but I'm usually quick to pass the blame at Johnny Ace, since he seems pretty shady according to most interviews from current and recently fired employees.

Johnny Ace does seem to be a pretty royal loser, but I can't help but believe that if there were a half a brain between the incredibly inept creative department there'd be more for some workers to do and thus firings wouldn't be required.

I dunno if you guys remember that commercial where the guy says "I work with a bunch of monkeys"... and then the camera shows a shot of his office and there a whole bunch of chimps acting like fools just throwing stuff around...
This is what I imagine that goes on behind the scenes at WWE.

The lower-case "e" bothers me the most.

WWE is still making money hand over fist so expect no changes. i'd also say the "E" in entertainment bothers me the most. it's funny that little things in the past like Finkle announcing a NEWWWWWWWW World World Wrestling Federation Champion was so much better than all crap that goes on today. but like every good sheep, i will be ordering Summerslam on sunday.

Creative. If creative did their job properly, it wouldn't matter who they hired, because the booking would be able to accentuate their strengths and cover their weaknesses.

WWE Creative irks me more than whatever talent relations can do. As an aspiring writer myself, I find it extremely appalling that they have no idea what their product is about.
f***, if I'm gonna write a Wiccan/Magick story, I'll document myself on that instead of just winging it and asking the wrong questions.

Creative. The constant hirings and firings aren't so bad (and it's not like I won't see the fired people ever again, ever) compared to the fact that the creative team has no clue with what they're working with.

I don't know too much about Johnny Ace aside from a few reports of things he has done. I do think it's safe to say that if he wasn't around, SmackDown would have a different pair carrying the tag belts right now.

i guess i would have to go with the favorite here as well. The creative team doesnt seem to know anything about wrestling. or writing for that matter

People balme Joihnny Ace too much. At least he hired Lance Storm in WCW, and managed his early storylines.
However, I don't like their creative, hirings, or booking. The worse has to be creative.

A combo of the booking, and creative. Creative can be thankless sometimes, but their ability to take gold and turn it into crap is awe-inspiring sometimes. They've been given a hot angle with Edge and Hardy, and totally screwed it. They get a beautiful woman and put a, I don't know what the hell it's supposed to be, on her face for no real reason. They get a guy (Christian) who's really over, but job him out for no other reason than to job him out. They drop a potentially interesting feud (Carlito/Shelton) so Carlito can be the job boy in the Cena/Jericho feud. I fear what they'll do with CM Punk, since he's talented, can talk on the mic, and has a presence. I.e. they're gonna cut off his legs

The fact that there are some very deserving people who should get pushed (you know who im talking about, and then some), but are held down from backstage politics and stupid writers who dont know anything about anything.
