Stone Cold Stunner. People use to mark crazy for that silly gut kick, head hold and shoulder drop, back in the day. Matter of fact it still is my personal fav finisher of all time.

Stunner, I'd say. If you wanna throw in WCW, The Diamond Cutter was mad over as DDP really hit it out of nowhere, moreso than any other move, at least imo. From taking a suplex to going for a suplex, to the infamous Giant chokeslam attempt... DDP would hit out of the blue and it pretty much alone made him look like a potential winner in any match. That's what I loved about how Randy Orton used to do the RKO. He would just hit it out of nowhere. Now, he always gets down and humps the mat before he hits it.

If they didn't have him stop using it, Gregory Helms' Vertebreaker would now be on the Mt. Olympus of finishers, in the role of Zeus. That finisher put him on the map in WCW. It was one of the most devastating-looking moves ever. Occasionally, you'd cringe when he hit it. Since that never got a real chance to get over in WWE, I'd have to go with either SCM, the Stunner, Figure Four, ATOMIC Legdrop OF DOOM & DESTRUCTION, or the Tombstone.

ARMBAR!!!!! Nah, seriously, its the Stunner. Just think about it, what was the #1 move that you and your friends would do to each other as kids when pretend-wrestling?

On the ratio of finishers overness against performers overness, Jake the snake's DDT!!! The leg drop and the stunner overness was due to Hogan or SCSA just about to get the fall or kick some heel ass!!

Man, the Stunner is possibly the greatest wrestling move ever. Everything about it has already been said but it was just how sudden and how much of a quick impact the move was that sold it.
