Punk mentioned that he has to touch all four corners of the ring at Extreme Rules, which means WWE is implementing the "four corners" rule for the Samoan Strap Match. Hope it doesn't end up like the JBL/Guerrero GAB match where the lights on the corners kept shorting out.

It's a good way to have Punk win without making Umaga look weak in this stipulated match.

If he was Hulk Hogan he could just pin Ric Flair

It's a good way to have Punk win without making Umaga look weak in this stipulated match. That actually makes the 'four-corners' stipulation sound better. Give Punk a victory (who is in dire need of one), but it doesn't make Umaga look weak at all.

That is a great way to boost both Kofi and the belt EDIT:...provided he wins.

Um...what's so "extreme" about a regular fatal fourway match?

Um...what's so "extreme" about a regular fatal fourway match? No DQ's in the match, like a Triple Threat.

No DQ's in the match, like a Triple Threat. That doesn't count unless they specify. It does count because it would be stupid for them to write No DQ Fatal Four Ways as, Fatal Four Ways have No DQ's anyway. It would be an oxymoron.

I'm ordering this PPV. I was seriously contemplating it, but didn't make my final decision. The US title match was the icing on the cake.

A fatal four way is extreme since it puts the champion in serious jeapordy. Also, with four men going at it, anything can happen.

Not to mention that since there isn't a DQ rule, that will open the avenue for the participants to also use some of the weapons and props from the other matches to build extra heat without advertising the stipulation of the match where there isn't a DQ... plus, no count outs either.
