One thing I've always loved in wrestling - big guy's power moves. Done well, they always get an "ohhhhh!" from the crowd and from pretty much anyone else watching on TV.
I'm not talking about generic boring stiffs like Snitsky or Knox who don't have any specific moves to speak of (what IS Mike Knox's finisher, by the way? And while we're at it, what was Snitsky's?) but the big guy moves I mark(ed) for are..
Vader's moonsault Sid's powerbomb Umaga's savate kick and jumping Samoan drop Yokozuna's Banzai Drop (when it doesn't look like he's stopping before he lands, when it looks like absolutely pancakes the poor guy) Brock Lesnar's... pretty much everything.
I won't sit and name them all, but what hoss power moves do you mark for?

More of a generic move, but I always mark for the shoulder block where the big guy just stands there and takes it. And then takes another, and another, and another and then MAYBE he falls down. Or he clothelines the other guys head off

Mike Knox's finisher is this. I think it called the Knox out but it's impressive when he does it on a smaller guy but it looks sick. Like this one on Knoble.
Snitsky was a Pumphandle Slam or a big Boot. He won with both.

Most of the ones mentioned already, Vaders sets and JBLs clothesline from Hell particularly.
Always love a good big boot too, the one Test used to use looked like it killed the guy on the receiving end.

I'm partial to a good spinebuster Double A style if at all possible.

Anything Brock Lesnar did, on small or big guys his moves were just so brutal it was impossible not to sell them well. Nash's Jacknife Powerbomb. Ron Simmons Spinebuster. JBL's clothesline from hell. Test's Big Boot. Also Bison Smith's move in ROH. From what i've seen of him so far i've been impressed, the moves dont look as brutal as Lesnar's his just look a bit more rough like his literally throwing the person around the ring.

Being that I love power moves more than Cruiserweight moves, there is a lot to mark out for.
The big ones I like are...
Power Bomb and all its variations Clawhold Chokeslam and Chokebomb Lariat Vadersault

I used to mark for the Rikishi Driver. I remember he did it on Crash Holly at Armageddon '99, and it looked SICK.
I like the World's Stongest Slam too, especially on smaller guys it can look devastating.

Goldberg's military press into the slam was awesome every time.
Now this isn't so much a big guy move, but I LOVE the big guy spot at the royal rumble. I just always enjoy seeing the 6-7 guys gang up on mark henry to try and get him out. I have no justification for this.
