I sense Punk will end up more of a heel after Raw, which might be more effective in a way by doing it in front of a larger audience.

Looks like the Ziggler/Khali feud continues.
Funny enough, the big man is really helping Ziggler get noticed.

And now, because I'm bored, here are my own made-up-but-professionally-written SmackDown! spoilers!
1) CM Punk came out with his World Heavyweight Championship and told his "The Man and the Snake" story from his Death Before Dishonor III speech. He said that he toyed with the fans emotions all this time and that he made them cheer for him because he could. Jeff Hardy comes out and attacks Punk. Teddy Long comes out and says that Jeff Hardy spoke to him earlier and that, since he was only Champion for a short time, a rematch clause is automatic and that he'd get his shot this Monday. Edge comes out irate, saying that he was champion first, so he should get his rematch first. Teddy says that Edge and Hardy will face each other tonight while he makes a decision.
2) Dolph Ziggler comes out and says that he could defeat The Great Khali blindfolded. He calls out Khali, and a man comes out with a seven-foot tree. Yes, a tree. Possibly a cherry tree, but I can't confirm that. Ziggler puts the blindfold on, the bell rings, Ziggler stumbles into the tree and pins it. Khali comes out, but Ziggler runs through the crowd. Khali tripped and fell over the tree getting into the ring; that'll probably be edited out.
3) Eve and Michelle McDonald's are getting ready for their tag match, but get into an argument about their wrestling attire. Eve: "My sideboob is TOTALLY better than your sideboob." We faded to commercial before we saw Michelle taping her fists.
4) Eve and Michelle McCool defeat Women's Champion Melina and Gail Kim when Gail got distracted by Eve's sideboob, allowing her to fall victim to the McCool Clash. After the match, they started to beat down on Gail, then beat down on Melina when she tried to make the save.
5) Edge storms into Teddy Long's office demanding to know his decision. Teddy tells him to get the hell out, playa. Edge calls him a failure turtle just for the hell of it because...well, have you seen Teddy Long? He does have some turtley qualities.
6) New Intercontinental Champion Chris Jericho comes out. He's proud of the fact that he was able to unmask and pin a 12-year-old boy, and challenges any 12-year-old in the crowd to face him in the Chris Jericho Intercontinental Championship Challenge--beat Jericho tonight and you'll be invited back next week for a shot at the title. A preteen boy named Timmy is brought over the rail.
7) Chris Jericho defeats Timmy. Timmy had the match won when he hit Jericho with a Small Package Driver, but Jericho reversed the cradle and pulled Timmy's tights for the win. The Nostalgia Critic then came out and yelled "BAD TOUCH!!! BAD TOUCH!!!" in Jericho's face over and over. Jericho then sucker-punched the Critic and made his way to the back before the Nostalgia Chick could tackle him.
8) Shelton Benjamin (w/ Charlie Haas) defeated John Morrison by submission when Shelton wouldn't stop singing "The Thong Song". Charlie played echo backup.
9) Jeff Hardy comes into Teddy Long's office and politely asks if a decision's been made. Teddy says no, but thanks Jeff for being so nice about it. After Jeff leaves, Chris Jericho storms in and demands a match with the Nostalgia Critic next week. Teddy Long explains that A) The Nostalgia Critic is not under contract with WWE, B) The Nostalgia Critic is not a wrestler, and C) He remembers it so we don't have to. Jericho wants none of it and says that he'll put the title on the line. Teddy says he'll talk to the Critic about it after watching his joint review with the Angry Video Game Nerd. Jericho mumbles that the whole situation is "a shitload of f***" and leaves.
10) Edge and Jeff Hardy come out for their match. Teddy Long comes out before the bell rings to make his decision, but Punk comes out before he can get a word out. Punk explains that they all know what Long's decision is--that the winner of this match will face Punk at the Three-For-All. He tells Teddy that, ever since he was drafted to RAW, he's had to deal with the same monotony again and again, week after week. He had to wrestle Kane, like, 80 times in a row, then he had to face Umaga, like, 80 times in a row. He tells Long that, if he can't be original with his decision-making, then maybe he should take his World title and head to greener pastures, to someplace that will treat him and the title with a little more...honor. Long tells him that it's a very nice speech, but it's Teddy's turn to talk. As it turns out, BOTH men will get a shot at the title on Monday night. The loser of the match will challenge Punk for the title, then, since Punk decided that it was such a good idea to do it himself, the winner of the match will immediately face the Champion at the end of that fall.
11) Jeff Hardy defeats Edge to get the advantage on Monday when Edge goes for a spear off the second rope, but Jeff catches him with a Twist of Fate and hits him with a Swanton. Punk clocks Jeff with the belt after the match and poses with it as SmackDown! ends.

5. Ricky Ortiz defeated Jimmy Wang Yang. I'm predicting this to be the lowest rated segment in television history.

Jeff Hardy came out and said Punk didn't "earn" it. He didn't earn it? What the f*** are you talking about, moron? He beat seven other guys to earn that contract you f***ing douche. Hell, you probably would have gotten that briefcase last year if you didn't go get yourself suspended a few weeks before Wrestlemania you f***ing idiot. God damn, no wonder Matt turned on you. I'm a bit confused by your post: What's your opinion of Jeff again? The report is now on the free Prowrestling.net site: www.prowrestling.net/artman/publish/WWE/article1006311.shtml
