I can definately see what he means. They don't have a lot of what I'd call homegrown talents, but obviously that takes years to do.

When did they do this interview? Just seems like Funker's addressing something pretty dated now?

Man I am sorry but I have to respectfully disagree with you and Terry here. Homegrown= Eric Young Robert Rhoode James Storm LAX Joe (ROH didn't have a huge tv deal sorry TNA made him huge) Kaz AJ (WCW went under when he was coming up) ODB Beautiful People Roxxie Kong (US exposure only thru TNA) I believe these should suffice but I know I am leaving out a good few. Anyway my point is I disagree with Funk. The main event has been occupied by Kurt Angle and Sting but it was Joe that carried the belt the last half year not an ex-WWE guy

Hmm, some of those are good suggestions.

Is he sure he's not confusing it with WWE here? Seriously, if anything TNA never follows a pattern. That's why I love it! Every show is different to the next. And talents are constantly revolving up and down the card; in and out of the spot light throughout the year.

He's got a point, but it's a catch 22.
If the WWE lets go of a guy who's a great talent, should you hire him? Or should you look at guys not on the big stage yet, and some may not be as good as the ones let go by WWE. Who do you choose.
I think like, if TNA puts all the big main event players from WWE into one stable, and have the TNA wrestlers grow from that, it could be a major help.

TNA needs a certain amount of well known talent to get/put the younger guys over. Personally I think they've got a pretty good balance. Sorry Terry you're wrong IMO.
