What are some good games for the system? I'm pretty open to a lot of different types of games, but I really have no idea whats good and what isnt on this system. I've already got MLB The Show and Raw vs. SD! 2009...but I'd like to expand my library a little bit.

GTA Vice City Stories is the best time waster ever. Is it at all hard to control? It seems like it'd be weird to try and shoot and run at the same time with only one stick.

So far I've got Castlevania: Dracula X Chronicles, Power Stone Collection, Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions, and Star Ocean: First Departure.
I can definitely recommend all of them, great stuff. I just got mine pretty recently as well, I need to build my library some more.

Okay, here's a list of some great games on that system: _ Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions (unless you already have FF Tactics on the PSX, since they're essentially the same thing); _Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core. It was a very pleasant surprise to me, as the story is deeper and mor einteresting than I expected and the gameplay is actually pretty good; _Tomb Raider: Anniversary. Again, pleasant surprise, a good remake of the original game. Ignore Tomb Raider: Legend though (not that it's really bad, but it's just so... pointless); _Mortal Kombat: Unchained (pretty much the same as Deception, but with Blaze, Goro and Shao Kahn); _Silent Hill: Origin. OH MY GOD this game is great. _Tekken: Dark Resurrection. Another pleasant surprise. I expected to be just a port of Tekken 5 with a few less modes, but not only does it have 3 characters who are not in Tekken 5 (Armor King returns, Lili and Dragunov debut), it also have a few new modes to make up for the ones missing, as well as a few extra attires and items for customizations, and a few other things. There, you should have enough material to entertain you for quite some time with just that.

Crisis Core: FFVII was my entire reason for keeping my PSP in the first place.
So, that.

I was just worried of buying a game without knowing if its good or not, since I've played games on other peoples PSPs that sucked.(Though, that was in like 2006)

I highly recommend Castlevania X:Chronicles. Really good game that comes with the original Rondo of Blood and also Castlevania: SOTN.
Capcom Classics Reloaded is very good. Has Street Fighter II on it.
The EA retro cart is fun as well as the Genesis compilation.

I have it on the PS1, but the new translation makes it a completely different experience. I love it. Also, how I forgot Crisis Core is beyond me. Probably because I don't have the case. Either way, it's an awesome game.

Everyone's listed the good games, basically.
And as far as the GTA controls go, they're not that bad, actually.

Also, FF Dissidia will be released in September and Tekken 6 (which, like Dark Resurrection, features exclusive characters) in December.

Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles is a must buy. It has a pretty good remake of Dracula X: Rondo of Blood (which never came out here) as well as the PC Engine original and the phenomenal Symphony of the Night as unlockables.
Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII is also great. I don't really expect much out of any of these cashgrabs by Square Enix, but Crisis Core is by far the most well-done out of all the FF main game spinoffs/prequels/sequels.
Star Ocean: First Departure - A quality remake of a Super Famicom game we never got here. The story's nothing to write home about, but the battle system and characters make up for it.
Jeanne d'Arc - There are some really annoying parts, but if you want a good FFT-esque game (besides FFT), this one's for you.

Oh, also, it's very hard to find it, but if you can get your hands on a copy of Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness (or any Disgaea game really), BUY IT. It's one of if not the best Tactical-RPG I've played not named Bahamut Lagoon.

Not sure if you can do it without a PS3, but there are a good few PS1 games you can download from the PSN Store and play on the PSP.
Wipeout games, Killzone, God of War are all good.
