I hope Light Warrior spends five minutes attacking empty space for no reason.

As far as the controls and perspective go...if you've played any of the DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi games on the PS2, they work something like that. The camera is behind you and you lock on to your opponent. You do move in all three dimensions, and the controls are pretty much nothing like a normal fighter. You have two attack buttons, one to wear down their bravery with physical attacks (hard to explain concept...look it up XD), and the other one to actually wear down their HP...generally magic or some sort of special attack. A lot of the combat is aerial based, as you can jump twice, knock your opponent around, and dash toward them without ever touching the ground. You can also use pretty much all of the scenery as platforms and stuff. And there are these little glowy things around some levels that you can grind around on. It's super neat. And there's also these things called EX cores that fill your EX meter, and when that's full you go into EX mode, and can do your finisher, basically. For each character it's different, i.e.: Terra turns into an esper and f***s s*** up, Cloud and Sephiroth have limit breaks (Omnislash and Super Nova, respectively), Onion Knight transforms into various jobs you could take in FFIII and then you select job-specific commands from a menu, and...well, I haven't done Cecil's yet, but I will later on. Either way, it's a REALLY fun game. I love it. I remember seeing screenshots showing Squall using the Renzokuken, so I guess his Limit Break works pretty the same as in FF8. LION HEART FOR THE WIN!! BTW, do you get to customize the characters? Like, buy weapons, armors, accessories, etc? I honestly have no idea. You can't do anything like that in the demo...but it is a demo. So I guess we'll find out.

I dont own a PSP but want to play this game a lot. I wish they would bring out some of these PSP games for the PS3 or port them to the PS2 like they did with Silent Hill: Origins, Ratchet & Clank: Size matters, and Secret Agent Clank.
Damn me not owning a PSP.

I mean I suppose I could just ask people who've played the Japanese person...but most of those people reside at GameFAQs, and no thanks.

It's sorta like Brawl in that you get characters from different games to fight, but I am pretty sure it's always only 1 on 1 fights. finalfantasy.wikia.com/wiki/DissidiaA lot more about it can be found here.

Dude, The PSP already has hardly any interesting exclusive title and is almost only relegated to compilations, remakes and water-downed ports, if they start porting the few good exclusives it does have, that handheld is going to die in a matter of weeks.

It'd be the Monster Hunter system and little else.
