Wow. I was going to start a thread about how the new face of ECW is racial caricatures, a jobber champion, and poor Christian stuck there. ECW just went from "must-see" to "kill it." Abraham Washington, a creature that fell off The Rock's taint and kept growing, must never happen again. That was painful and pointless. Anytime you have to script a Black man to say "Know what I'm sayin'?" you've got problems. Hell, the original ECW had the ultimate jobber champion. The show is entertaining for the most part.

It WAS entertaining... and may still be. Maybe this week's was just an off start to a reboot. But for me to even be right, you'd have to admit that this week's sucked. Did you think this week's sucked or not? If not, what did you like about it?

Minus the horrible talk show segment I thought the show was great. I liked the main event and it seems they're teasing tension with both teams (Dreamer & Christian, Koslov & Regal) and I'm interested in seeing how they both end personally.

I sporadically catch the show, so I certainly wouldnt be the source you'd want to go to for all things ECW. But saying the show is a former shell of itself based on one episode where they spent time introducing a bunch of new members doesnt seem like the end all be all.

I hope so. Oddly enough the only new wrestler they featured I kinda liked was the dude who didn't wrestle: Something-or-other Rex.

For valiens:
I enjoyed the tag team main event (especially the tension between both teams), I got a kick out of the Shelton/Yoshi match, and Sheamus looked great.
The only thing I didn't like was The Abraham Washington Show.
