Let me get this straight.
WWE has used the name Monday Night Raw for 16 years now. All of a sudden, Muscle Flex is suing because they use the name "In the Raw". So, due to one word being the same, there will no longer be a Monday Night Raw?
I find this to be extremely asinine.

WWE has been broadcasting Raw in this country since 1994, so I really don't know why this company is just getting around to this now. Still, if this ends up with Raw somehow being renamed here in Canada, I'm going to be pissed.

Wait so WWE sues this company for using the word RAW in its product name (Which is a stupid idea in of itself) but the courts side with the company saying people can distinguish between the 2.......Fair enough, I agree
Now the company may turn around and try to stop WWE using RAW because...........?

Vince Mcmahon's Monday Night Smile Time Family Friendly Extravagatorium. Smile Time? That means Puppet Triple H vs Puppet Randy Orton.

No, the Canadians said you could confuse between the two.

This just in: Sega are suing WWE for using the name "Saturday NIGHT'S Main Event".
This comes just after Fox sued claiming similarities between B. Brian Blair's ring name and their character "Brian Griffin"

Other way around. The other company filed a protest against WWE's use of RAW and won as the Canadians said it was too confusing. Now the other company can sue.

No, the Canadians said you could confuse between the two. One is called 'Monday Night Raw'. The other is called 'In the Raw'. How the hell do people get these two mixed up?

It seems like the WWE attracts stupid lawsuits.

I just don't understand the legality in this. Both use the word Raw in their names. Are they not allowed to use the same word (even if both product names are different)?
