This interview made The Ultimate Warrior look human. He's calm, concerned, not screaming, or going off-topic.

In 1990/1991, Ultimate Warrior did show some human characteristics. I think he could've gone real far in his career if he evolved more. Some say The Ultimate Warrior could'nt cut a good promo, but I beg to differ. This one is one of my favorites from him.

I've seen this interview a few times, when it aired and also on youtube since then.
I read that the purpose of making Ultimate look human here was for the storyline. Vince wanted Warrior to appear vulnerable to the power of the Undertaker, so they did an interview like this to make Warrior appear calmer and more collected.
They also did this in the ring when Undertaker would come down to the ring during Warrior's matches. Warrior would stop what he was doing and just stare at Undertaker, instead of beating his chest and snarling like normal.

Someone mixed some downers into his usual batch of amphetamines.

Vince may have wanted it, but Paul Bearer credits Warrior for putting business over ego in this feud. The Warrior had enough clout at the time to nix the idea, or work a one-sided feud, either way completely killing off the Undertaker character.

What I meant was that the reason Warrior acted so calm here was because of a conceived storyline (doesn't matter who came up with it), not because he felt like doing a calm interview.

I didn't mention that, because it goes without saying. I was just adding some so-called insider info.
