Takashi Miike doing children's films give me fits of the uncomfortable giggles. I still get a chill when I think about "Audition."

Half that movie looked surrealy dark, the other half had happy music and dancing. So confused.
Als, what is Yatterman, the main villian looks sort of like the main villian in G-Force (or whatever it was called, not the Guinea Pig movie)

Als, what is Yatterman, the main villian looks sort of like the main villian in G-Force (or whatever it was called, not the Guinea Pig movie) yatterman is made by the same people who made g-force, or gatchaman if you want to be more specific. and from the wonderful world of wikipedia: A mysterious stone known as Skull Stone (ドクロストーン, Dokurosutōn?)) is currently split apart and scattered across the planet. It is said to have the power to reveal the location of the largest deposit of gold in the world. This legend has entranced the trio of villains in this show: the "Doronbo (ドロンボー, Doronbō?) Gang, who is on a pursue of fame, power and wealth. However, their hunt for the Skull Stone is not as easy as they imagined, mainly due to the faulty information they receive from their leader, and most of all, due to a righteous duo of pursuers called the "Yatterman".

Ah sounds fun, may have to check it out.
And this is about as odd as if that guy who did The Sixth Sense did a movie version of, oh I don't know, Avatar or something. Now that would be weird.
