Here we are folks, the first day of the last month of the decade. With that said, we have had so much happen in pop culture that it is only appropriate that we hold an end of the decade countdown Here's How Things Will Work I want lists of your Top 15 movies and Top 15 albums of the 2000's. Nominations will end as soon as Midnight hits on Xmas Day western time (I'm in Los Angeles) This countdown is for all movies (Animated, Horror, Comedy, etc...) and all albums (Rock, Hip Hop, Pop, etc....) Exceptions: Re-releases do not count in either category. So for movies it would be like the Nightmare Before Xmas 3D or the Toy Story 3D Double Feature. In music It's like Lady Gaga's "The Fame: Monster" where its just a release of the same album with a couple new songs. I will only accept the original In movies: Straight to Video releases will not count (So fans of Wrong Turn 2 or Urban Legends: Bloody Mary will be Disapointed) Also Independant Films DO count. So if you would like to nominate Midnight Meat Train you can . Add to that that i'm accepting any of the "8 Films to Die For" from any year In Music: Greatest Hits albums do not count Live Albums do not count Movie Soundtracks do not count ONLY STUDIO ALBUMS ---------------------------------------------------- Nominations end on Christmas, Countdown begins December 27th

Why don't Movie Soundtracks count? I'd say Last of the Mohicans was a s***load better than The Circus: Starring Britney Spears.
Edit: didn't notice the decade part... hmmm, Pirates of the Carribean 3 then.

Damn I was hoping the PM's would end in mid or end of January so I can see all the highly acclaimed Oscar nomination movies this year then.

1. A Jingle With Jillian does in fact count (and so does the John Cena one ) 2. Documentarys count as movies as well

Sorry to be a pain in the ass but after submitting my Album list I realized I neglected to mention one of my absolute favorites.
So could you insert the Flaming Lips' 'Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots' at #2 and the drop the ones below down one place.
I can't just let this one go.
