Alright guys, here's how it's going to go. In less than a hour at 2 I'm going to put up next week's thread early. Honestly, I think most people will need the extra time. I'll go through the special guidelines for this list in the thread itself, but I just want to remind you this will be a Top THIRTY, and I'll be looking for 15 matches per list.
You know who it is by now, so start getting ready. The most epic list to date is going to arrive in 45 minutes.

I was never EVER able to get into the Ladder Match with Eddie, i just found it soo boring personally. The Cena match i thought was just ok, it was a great moment, but the match never did it for me personally.
1. RVD vs Jerry Lynn Living Dangerously 99 (#2) 2. Team Austin vs Team Bischoff Suvivor Series 03 (#13) 3. RVD vs Jerry Lynn Hardcore Heavan 99 (#4) 4. RVD/Sabu vs Elimnators Crossing the Line 97 (#25) 5. Money in the Bank WM 22 (#8) 6. Elimanation Chamber Suvivor Series 02 (#6) 7. TLC 4 Raw 10/07/02 (#9) 8. RVD vs Jeff Hardy Invasion 01 (#5) 9. Team Alliance vs Team WWE Suvivor Series 01 (#20) 10. RVD vs Christian Ladder Match Raw 09/29/03 (#7)
INteresting note, whatever HBK vs Flair match ranks lowest next week, will be HBK's 100th appearance on the Top 20 of lists, in the Top 20. And we know at least 1 will be there for sure!

Really?!! I'm going to have to call shenanigans. This is hard to swallow considering that the match was the big win, but the actual match itself is okay at best. I dare all of you to watch RVD/Lynn Hardcore Heaven '99 and tell me which match is better. sigh.....

RVD/Cena being RVD's #1 match is f***ing bulls*** of the highest degree.
Everyone who voted that #1 should be ashamed and needs to watch RVD's ECW matches.

The RVD/Lynn matches were good, but that was about it. I thought the ones with Sabu were godawful personally.

I couldn't complete my list for this one in time. The man's actually had a lot of good matches. That'll teach me to leave it so late though.
No way would I have put RVD/Cena #1 though.

I voted for Cena/RVD it wasn't my number 1 but i still thought it was a great match with a really hot crowd which only added to the spectacle. And to be fair it's probably the biggest win in RVD's career and if we were to judge the lists on that, that match would win overwhelmingly. Personally i've got a problem with a lot of the matches on the list yet Cena/RVD isn't one of them.

The single best match I've seen RVD in may well be the TLC from Raw in 2002. As far as singles matches go I might say his absolute best match was the mostly forgotten match on TNN vs. Jerry Lynn from Sept. 1999.
The Cena match being #1 is silly. Atmosphere is great, sure, but it almost overwhelms the match itself. And the booking itself was all about "OMG can Cena overcome the odd???" instead of "Can RVD finally win the big one?"

Um, what? What an appalling choice for number one. That wasn't remotely Van Dam's best match, it's just clearly what half of the forum has seen most and his biggest win. I mean come on, Kane's biggest win was against Austin at KOTR 1998, and it's not like that was his best match.
