I personally think she's doing more good for the business working for the WWE helping the less-experienced talent, as clearly proven by Alicia Fox's evolution. Seeing this kind of improvement makes me hope that Roxxi's desire to work in the 'E to help the younger talent comes into fruition. I really don't think Roxxi is good enough to help anyone

Nope. She's making a hell of a lot more money in WWE than TNA and that is what it essentially boils down to.

Not like they've humiliated her or anything. They just haven't really done much with her.

It's too early to say. She has been impressive, and used alright, but she may be along with Mickie and Beth, in that they're real wrestlers who have shown skill, and thus probably won't be utilized much in the future. The Divas division has horribly broken down, and I don't see them going far right now.
That said, Gail wasn't exactly getting a lot of exposure near the end of her tenure against Kong, but that might have been because she had already made the decision to go to WWE. Who knows.

she made the right choice, like others have said shes making more money and if she ever gets released by wwe or extremely frustrated and wants out i'd imagine TNA would take her back in an instant. gail is safe IMO

It's not like the Divas have really meant that much almost, well, ever. From that standpoint, yes, it was a mistake.
But a paycheck is a paycheck, and WWE can offer a damn good one. She left TNA on good terms, the door is probably open for her to return whenever she wants, and in the meanwhile she gets to cash in for a little while, as long as she feels is needed.
So in THAT regard, no, it wasn't a mistake. It depends, I guess, on what matters more. Hell, Bryan Danielson has stated that he loves wrestling, that he loves that it's his livelihood, but doesn't really have a desire to go off to either of the TV companies and compromise his ring style.

Nah, no mistake. I just felt SO bad for her last night. Dancing for the old men's amusement...and then being thrown into a match that had two black holes of talent in it? Ouch.

She is getting paid top dollar to do what she loves, don't see how that could be considered a bad thing.
If she wants out all she has to do is ask.

If she's happy then she made the right decision.
She looks happy in the ring, but she looked uncomfortable last night in that little dance segment. It's a bit ironic that a year ago she was doing all those promo's about how she wasn't a diva and now she's dancing along to ZZ Top and wrestling in a bikini.

No becasue I think she wanted to stay with tNA but, they wouldn't give her a raise that she deserved in my opinion and instead of giving her the raise they gave that money to Jenna, so TNA kind of slap Gail in the face by not giving a women who really really help get that KO's division off the ground the money by giving it to some woman from Survivor.

Wrestling is about making money, anyone who values respect above money in an industry where wins and losses aren't real has a mental problem. She's making significantly more money so I'm gonna go with no. This. And TNA makes so many Knockouts relevant that they lose track of some of them. I'd rather be paid more money to be lost track of.

I'd say definitely not. She'd lost a lot of her position in TNA anyway, and truth be told being a main-eventer in TNA is probably still far, far below being a midcarder in WWE. Not saying Gail Kim is either, but then, I'm more describing Truth in saying that.

If you're in a physical, dangerous profession where one wrong move could render you unable to work for the rest of your life, you go where the money is the best so that you'll be financially set if the worst should come to pass. It's that simple.

I remember there being a poll on Gerweck concerning both Christian and Gail Kim and if they made a mistake for going back to the WWE.
Christian was about 63-37% No. Gail Kim was about 55-45% Yes.

Gail Kim left long before Morasco ever showed up in TNA. And TNA did offer her a solid contract, but they can't compete with the money WWE can offer. Kim left TNA on good terms, but took the pay day, and I don't think anyone blamed her for it.

If you're in a physical, dangerous profession where one wrong move could render you unable to work for the rest of your life, you go where the money is the best so that you'll be financially set if the worst should come to pass. It's that simple. Isn't there just as compelling an argument to make that you go where the people you have to work with are competent enough that you are substantially less likely to suffer a crippling injury? .. and quoting one of the earlier posts: With all due respect, this attitude is completely ludicrous. Bret Hart took great pride in the fact that he was respected for never seriously injuring one of the people he worked with. Does that mean he has a mental problem? Does Undertaker have a mental problem for valuing the respect he has earned in the industry for his many years of working at a top level? If a female wrestler takes pride in her ability to work a good match instead of just being throwaway eye-candy, does she have a mental problem? When the WrestleMania audience showed Steamboat all manners of respect (by going haywire for an armdrag or loudly chanting out 'you still got it'), should Steamboat have gone on the mic, reminded them that it was just a work, and that they all had mental problems? .. and to answer the question in the OP: the only one who can answer it is Gail Kim. She made a choice for her reasons. She made it respectfully and (I am pretty certain) with great thought beforehand. She went back to the 'E, Victoria (Tara) went over to TNA for the opposite reason. I guess she must have a mental problem too, right?

The move was a financial one. she's 33, and this is probably the last big contract she'll get. Smart move by her to make sure she's financially set. She must take pride in her work, because she keeps herself in tremendous shape, but I don't think the WWE will use her in a championship role, but use her to help improve the skills of those younger models who pretend to wrestle.

When a wrestler retires, does pride pay the mortgage? Not saying WWE is some kind of step down in pride. Not particularly. She did everything there was for her to do in TNA. Valet for a while, singles star, and well, yeah, there you go. I'm sure her time will come in WWE, but patience, grasshopper.
