Give Lawler his wrestlemania match and he can stop embarassing himself and tarnishing his reputation doing silly little spots on Raw. As if any credible wrestler would use a second rope punch as a finisher? Scotty 2 Hotty used a dance move.

In terms of the fist drop, I'm not sure if Lawler is allowed to do the Piledriver any more when WWE adopted the "safe Style", so If HBK by chance wasn't allowed to do Sweet Chin Music, I'm sure he'd rely on the Elbow drop since its long been a move of his.
And it can't be much worse then the peope's elbow

Did anybody else notice that he spit on his fist instead of kissing it?
It went from 2x damage to 4x damage, no way Spanky has that many hitpoints.

I wasn't upset at Kendrick losing in the slightest, especially since Lawler put up a believably good fight. That dropkick was pretty crisp no matter how many ways you slice it. It wasn't like Kendrick was squashed in an instant, but rather he had a miscue and paid for it.

One thing I am kinda wondering...people in here are saying Kendrick looks non threatening and etc.
Do you think Jerry Lawler looks threatening? Because to be honest, I never thought he did throughout his entire career, and especially less now that he is an old man.
He always just looked like your pudgy old Uncle to me.

I taped Raw and haven't had a chance to see it yet, so someone answer this for me: Did Lawler win with a piledriver?
Probably not. Dammit, when are we gonna see a Lawler piledriver in WWE? Bad enough its illegal in Memphis...

Compared to Kendrick, I'd say I see Lawler as more threatening, but on his own no, not really. Kendrick to me looks like a girl.

I was just happy to see him on television. Hopefully they continue the story next week.

"Jerry's first dropkick of the '90s!"
Sorry, was channeling J.R. for a moment. These Lawler matches need Jim in the worst way. It was as if it never entered Michael Cole's mind that Jerry could lose.

Don't forget he's a legend, too.

I think he has more than that right to win some matches against guys not named Dutch Mantell or Bill Dundee.

I didn't say you were.
I wish they'd actually build up Jerry instead of having him wrestle impromptu matches. Wrestling Jerry Lawler should be made into a big deal.

Kendrick to me looks like a girl. No, more like Orlando Bloom. Oh, wait. Never mind.

Kendrick is an annoying wuss heel that thinks he's the greatest thing since sliced bread. Oh, I finally get what the name Sliced Bread #2 means.
