A few new points:

Why do guys like RVD show up in their wrestling gear even when their not on the card? Why do some wrestlers seemingly need to do everything (promos, appearances) wearing his tights?

More tag team follies: Why do the face teams always come out one by one to their own theme music? it just makes them seem like total primadonnas. The heel teams always come out together, have the same music and, unlike the faces, never have misunderstandings because of accidents. In fact, it seems like the heel teams are so solid they should every match they have against these uncooperative face teams.

Regarding the Masterlock and certain other submission holds: Why do the refs only let the arms drop once. I though they were supposed to let the arms drop up to three times, usually with a dramatic comeback just before the third drop. I believe Masters would get over much more if he won matches by incapacitating his opponent for a full three (ref) seconds.
