My local Wal Mart recently went through some renovations and changed their main colors from blue and gray to brown and yellow. Just got a new restaurant in town and it's brown. It's everywhere.
I asked a friend about it and his wife watches HGTV and stuff like that and he said brown is the new rage and they always seemed to suggest it.
I HATE brown, it looks like shit, it's not a good color at all IMO, there's a world of difference between blue and brown, what kinda message are you sending with brown?
So anyone else notice this?

There are two supermarkets near me; one is blue and gray, the other is brown and red. The brown and red one generally has better prices for meat and vegetables, but their colors are just so ugly I can't stand being in there.

This could turn into a Seinfeld episode. I meet a girl and then notice that she wears brown shoes and I break it off.

But... Brown is the color of Fall, And brown can be mellow and serious-like. And brown can be big like a mud puddle, or important like a canyon, or tall like a bear...

Didn't notice. But wearing brown has been popular for a year or two now. Which sucks because I found out I looked good in it, then everyone else was wearing it.

I was replacing Ray Charles "It's not Easy being Green" with the color brown.

I'm not a fan of brown. That's not to say it can't look good when done right, but for the most part it looks like shit.

Wonka, about 40 minutes away from me is a really, really small community. The towns name? Browntown.
Why don't you join them?

The local Price Chopper just renovated and brown is all over the place. It just doesn't feel like Price Chopper anymore.

Brown's a cool color, imo if used well (namely with yellow/gold/orange). They recently repainted a store across from my old work brown and orange and I think it looks nice.
I also prefer the local grocery store (Weis's) old brown and yellow logo compared to their new super generic red white and blue layout.
And if brown is coming back... I hope paneling does to. I hate people who try to tell me paneling is white trash. Go price the crap and then price paint.
