Greatest Talkers of Pro Wrestling Tournament

I've thinking about something lately. Sure, in pro wrestling having the right look and good wrestling skills are very important to having a successful career. However, another very important thing (at least to me) is being able to talk. Now, wrestling has had many many charismatic performers in the ring and on the mic. Usually the promo is the most important thing for selling a match that people will want to see. There are many arguements as to who is the greatest talker of all time. Well this tournament will settle that. I am putting together a 64 competiters tournament, filled with Single's wrestlers, tag teams, managers and promoters. These are the top 64 of all time and it's up to you, the forum reader to vote on the greatest of all time.
