Well thanks to the new games forum, I guess I can dust off this tournament and get back to having fun.
If you remember, this will feature hundreds of wrestlers past and present to determine who just is the better wrestler. Now in our first series, Shawn Michaels won the whole thing so he is now retired into the Better Wrestler Hall of Fame. So who will win it this time around?
Voting will be open for 24 hours with the winner advancing to the next day. If there is a tie, both will move on to make it a Three Way Dance. Now there will be a mercy rule, if a wrestler wins 10 straight matches, they will be retired and given an automatic berth in to the final tournament at the end.
Remember, please leave personal bias at the door. Just because you may not like someone for being a prick backstage, doesn't mean they aren't terrific in the ring. Also, you can judge on your own merits on what makes a better wrestler. You can place a heavier emphasis on technical ability or you can look past their match quality if you prefer charismatic workers who are great on the mic.
Feel free to discuss each match and include why you think a wrestler is better than the other. Not only is this to have fun, but have good discussions as well. Have fun and be civil, don't cry because someone you like got eliminated.
