Well, I started playing this again a while back and then just stopped for whatever reason. But, I've decided to try again where I left off so I can finally complete it! And I have some questions:
1. Where's Kefka's Tower?
2. Is it worth getting Gogo?
3. Where's the best place to level up?

Where Vector was
Mime is pretty sweet... don't forget, you can give Gogo other's skills too. I liked giving Gogo Throw and Tools.
I liked leveling in the Dinosaur Forest

The best place to level up is the little strip of desert where you fight the Cactrot and the sandworm.

1.) Don't quite remember. Seems like it's pretty centralized. I believe it was in the World of Ruin.
2.) Gogo is sick. He can mimic the actions of the person who went just before him and you can even select the abilities he uses fron your party's available ones. They're not as strong, but you can really customize him to make for a well rounded party. It seems like he was a little on the weak side, but that could be countered with magicite level bonuses.
3.)Don't recall. I never really worried about it until I had to.

1. Middle of the continent in the south.
2. Very. Gogo knows any spell the other people in the party has, and he can have any skill.
3. Dinosaur forest is a good place to level, but prepare yourself, they can cast powerful spells like Meteor and Ultima.

1. In the World of Ruin, southern continent, it's the giant swirling tower of doom. Not the one you find Strago in, the other giant swirling tower of doom.
2. Depends on how many of the hidden scenes in the game and the ending you want to see. I got my entire fourteen member party back together before I took Kefka down. You won't be using Gogo any, unless you just want to set him/her up as an Imp. And even then you won't be using Gogo any,
3. I liked the crap out of the area near Narshe in the World of Ruin, as well as some parts of the Southern continent near the western side. There's a little island in the northeastern corner as well with some massive dinosaur enemies worth big EXP as well.

1. South of Tzen, north of Albrook.
2. I never personally liked Gogo that much, but depending on much time you put into leveling other characters (for instance, if you don't use Gau a lot) he could be better than some of the others.
3. Desert South of Miranda. Give someone a Scimitar and an Offering and destroy stuff.

It's quite easy to get Gogo, so I don't know why it would get be an issue getting him. If anything, it's harder to get Umaro.

Might as well ask seeing how this thread is here, is there any trick to beating the Waterfall boss that shows up after you beat the Phantom Train? That move El Nino either One shots Sabin and Cyan or the next attack it does right after El Nino takes em out.

Just don't waste time trying to suplex them, as it won't work.

The mook fish I take out in one hit, its the boss one that giving me troubles. THier HP totals are around two or three-hundred but the El Nino attack takes off two hundred HP.

The best places to level up for me were:
- The Floating island (World of Order) was a great place to boost some levels.
- The strip of desert by Maranda is awesome for leveling up for Magic Points. Use Slow to stop the big Sandworms, and pummel them, and then make sure you have the aforementioned combo of a Scimitar and an Offering, or have a character like Strago or Mog who can do a damage tech like 1000 Needles, and you're set.

Hmm, kill the boss first? I dunno, I always had about 1,000 hit points, at least, for my guys by the time I got to there but that's just me.

I'd say you have to have good levels as I tend to get around 600-700 HP for both Cyan & Sabin before they arrive there, to the point where when you get hit by El Nino it won't hurt much.
