All of it in the rain. I think I'm probably going to sleep for about 24 hours straight now. Whew.

That's not fun...but it's a lot better than 90 & humid.
Just finished almost 11 myself. Training for anything in particular??

I just knew Dorf was going to post in this thread. I was surprised by the speed.

Love running in the rain or snow... If its downpouring or heavy snow I go to the park down the street that has a 2.2 mile cirumfrence around a pond and do around 5 laps( my record is 11 laps), it makes exersizing so much easier.

I'm just trying to get myself back into the shape I was in while in the Army. I was only expecting to run about 6 today, but I got into a groove and decided to see how long I could last. There is a 12k marathon coming up though for the school's cancer awareness day, so I may do that.

I'm only about to do 3-4 on the treadmill so that's impressive.
Only 1 -2 since I'm doing sprints nowadays I think 6 was the maximum I ever actually tried to get to.
How long rest do you give yourself between runs?

I used to go 3 everyday and I thought I was super mega awesome. 6 and above didn't seem feasable, maybe I should attempt more?
