Has Jericho mentioned he's now been the unified world champion AND unified tag team champion in a promo at all?

On the one hand, the belts have become significant again. On the other hand, it's still two guys who should be singles wrestlers thrown together as a tag team.

Has Jericho mentioned he's now been the unified world champion AND unified tag team champion in a promo at all? Wasn't his World Title reign known as "Undisputed" though?

Both shows pretty much need Jericho, as Orton fails at getting heat these days even with the belt.
More than anything else, that's the reason for Jericho getting the tag titles. It also helped Show get his heel heat back.

Definitely. At least people are taking notice of them now, which is more than anyone else within the past five years or so did with the titles. Apart from Miz and Morrison, maybe.
But it's still pretty weird to see them actually get defended on Pay Per View.

Has Jericho mentioned he's now been the unified world champion AND unified tag team champion in a promo at all? I know the announcers have mentioned this fact but unsure if Jericho has

I'd say, like how the WWE Tag Team Titles were originally launched with such mash-ups as Angle/Benoit and Mysterio/Edge before transitioning to established teams, that JeriShow are helping to lay the foundation for a possible rise in stature for the tag team titles rather than directly causing it.
The fact that MVP and Mark Henry are seemingly only going for the gold so as to break up the BFF's kind of weakens things a bit. It's not about the belts at all, but about a loophole in the title contracts or something.

The Tag division is still in trouble but Jerishow have been good champions and are doing the best they can.
Big Show looks motivated and is looking good but really we all know its all about Jericho.
He is so far ahead of pretty much everyone else in the company it is startling. In the space of 3 months he has helped to make the IC title relevant again and is now doing the same to the tag belts.

I think Jericho just likes holding two different belts like when he was Undisputed Champ.
Also the ability to appear on both shows helps the credibility in a way.

It seems like the best way to keep the belts high-profile would be to let Jerishow hold the belts until Edge comes back, and have Edge & Christian be the ones to beat them...

It would seem a lot more awesome if we hadn't been teased with Edge/Jericho as the champs for a few weeks. Big Show and Jericho are making it work though, they're good on the mic together and it's hilarious when Jericho talks about them being friends and constantly defends Big Show.

They probably have more credibility now, but I still think the division is worthless personally.

I'd say they were pretty much the only not MizMorrison team that could of. Legacy would of been a decent choice, but they are so stuck to Raw that I don't think it would of been as big a deal as getting Jericho on all three shows. Speaking of which, Jericho and Show ever going to show up on ECW?
Cryme Tyme is probably more interesting to fans chasing the belt than they ever would be as champs.

The tag division is as strong as the guys they put into it. The tag division can go from AWESOME to DULL depending on who WWE decides is or isnt a tag team.

One of the biggest problems with tag teams over the past few years in WWE, IMO, is that they didn't really give the tag teams that they had attention to character and such. Paul London and Brian Kendrick were tag team champs nearly a year, and all we knew about them was they flew around the ring and ran to the ring.\ And going into more dullness, before Zack Ryder's current style, look how bland he and Curt Hawkins were even when aligned with Edge. Now compare that with back in the day...Hart Foundation, Demolition, Legion of Doom, Nasty Boys, Harlem Heat, Eliminators, Dudleyz, Hardys...even 95 WWF had Smoking Gunns at the very least.

I think Jericho/Show are great for the tag belts. They should keep the titles on them while they build up other teams and when they finally lose them the team that beats Jerishow will get a huge rub and hopefully have other decent, proper tag teams to feud with over the belts.
IMO Edge's injury was a blessing in disguise for the tag division as I feel that Edge and Jericho would have dropped the belts to Legacy at NOC, leading to a Edge/Jericho split, an Edge face turn, and presumably the tag titles fading back into obscurity.

I think so. In addition to them, DX is back. I hope MVP/Henry remain a team. Priceless is starting to look credible. Hart Dynasty is starting to look credible. Cryme Tyme is over. Are Zeke and Koslov an official team?
It's actually pretty well off right now. Let's count'em- DX Jerishow Cryme Tyme Henry/MVP Priceless Hart Dynasty Zeke/Koslov Regal/Burchill could be paired up anytime Finlay/Sheamus could be paired up anytime World's greatest tag team reforms whenever they feel like it.
Not bad if they keep it going.
