Morrison has it all in terms of ringwork at this point. All he needs is a memorable "hook" as a face (he already had one as a heel) to get the crowd to accept him as a true superstar rather than as a midcarder.

I hope MGH does a John Morrison list soon. ;D I think the match with Hardy was slightly better, but this one was still excellent. Morrison has had a lot of MOTYC in the past few months.

I don't know about best, but it was very, very good. If he keeps it up, he deserves a major title asap.

If the History of the IC DVD was being made now, this match would certainly be on it.

Don't know if I'd call it the best match of his career, but this is EASILY the best run of his career. The man is putting on quality match after quality match. Fans are really starting to take notice of him. Big things are in the future of the Friday Night Delight, the Shaman of Sexy, the Admiral of Abdominals, the Sultan of Style, the Enlightened Executioner, the Hash-Slinging Slasher, the Guru of Greatness, the Picasso of Pro Wrestling, the Czar of Cool, the Dean of Dazzle, the Tan with the Plan! The Abdominable Showman? I just got round to watching this, and it's definitely right up there. It made me want to do a Morrison marathon shortly so a big thanks to the YellowJacket for that list. I still long for the days of good managers when thinking about Morrison, but there's no doubting the guy can put on a quality match when given the chance.
