Well, when you only have a small handful of women who are wrestling because they want to wrestle, then we'll see more women training than shopping and on the beach during their free time.

I like Pet Peeve #1....."I don't like "gay" jokes on any wrestling show. Seems outdated, wrong, and low road."Even JR is tired of DX.

Why is the major league organization signing talent who never spent any time in the minors? "Personal Responsibility" Vince.

Pet Peeve #2....when female grapplers are not on the road they should be in the ring training. One only improves when they get plenty of reps such as in the old, territory days. I'm sure they're getting plenty of training wrestling with Batista. Wow. I've got to give it up for Ross. The wrestling industry needs more guys like him.

Oh. I figured his advice would be in how exactly they should shake what their mama's gave 'em, by gawd.

I wonder how often J.R. just rolls his eyes at the stuff that goes in in the WWE.

J.R. makes some good points. Especially his 1st Pet Peeve. Gay jokes are just stupid and childish, IMO.

The funny thing is, these girls that they hire out of modeling catelogues have absolutely no incentive to improve given that the level of a person's push in WWE rarely correlates with their level of talent or competence. If their looks were the primary basis for their hiring, then they probably feel they don't need to work on what they do. They probably just think they'll get better by osmosis.

Jr's no fool. He knows what plays well on forums like this one.
They're models picked out of magazines who are there to do photoshoots and stand around so he and Todd can tell us how smart, sexy, and powerful they are. As long as they don't completely fall on their face, no one cares what they're doing in the ring. Mainly because WWE has told us that what they do in the ring doesn't matter.

It's a bigger problem for King and Cole honestly. Smackdown has a few debatable "talents" such as Maria, but they seem to be downplayed as much as possible. Eve is becoming brilliant and I'd be awful shocked if she hasn't been training on and off the road, and she has a great group of talented women to learn from. But yes, wise words from good old JR.
