What happened to his ear?
During his prematch promo, I couldn't pay attention to what he was saying, since my eyes were fixated on the upper part of right ear. I've never noticed it before -- looked as though he hurt it, and was wearing some plastic over it?
Any ideas?

Was he a wrestler in high school? Cauliflower ear is very common in high school and college wrestling and now even MMA.
Lesnar has some of the scariest ears I've ever seen.
