How different the world might have been if Raven never offended the Christians... ... Or if Kurt Angle wasn't a hypocrite (he had no problems staying employed with WWE after the Undertaker ripped off the ECW crucifixion angle).

Kurt himself has said he wasn't even offended by the Raven/Sandman bit. WWE spiced it up a bit.
Miss Galatea: You spent a little bit of time in ECW before going to the WWF; tell us what happened when they ran the crucifiction angle with Raven and The Sandman.
Angle: I was a motivational speaker at the time. Corporations, universitys, elementary schools. I didn't want to be portrayed as a person like this… it's not that I was against what they did. I understand, It's sports entertainment. They do what they do and try to make it effective, whether it's good, bad or evil. They have a plan I wasn't offended as a part of the show, I was offended as an individual, because of the position I was in at the time. I just wanted to make sure that it didn't go on the air when I was on there. I wasn't interested in sports entertainment at the time.
That's from an IGN interview back in September of 2000.

Yeah Kurt was with WWE when the Austin/Taker one happened, but he wouldn't end up being on TV until 5 to 6 months after. He was doing dark matches for at least a year after he had signed (which Powerslam magazine said that didn't look good for his future career...i'm glad they were wrong).
