Now here's a question I want to ask. Even if we agree that Christian is one of the best (if not THE best) in the world today, is that due to an upswing in Christian's ability or a decaying of talent in the North American scene? Both, probably. Christian was always very good, as far back as The Brood. But he's kept improving, like Edge has, like Chris Jericho has. However, there are some extremely talented guys who are either no longer what they were, or no longer with us.

I hate on him a lot, but I'll say this: Christian carried garb-Edge throughout their tag run, and he's a pretty decent singles talent. He was definitely f***ed over when the E wouldn't give him an upper-card run back in 2005.
But Christian isn't "best in the world" status. I can't think of anything he's done to suggest he's at THAT level.

I think Christian's been one of the best all around performers in wrestling for almost 5 years now, personally

I don't really think so, considering the post he was quoting: I suppose it probably would've worked better in italics. Either way...just my two cents. yeah I wasn't saying Christain Can't pull off ANYTING... I'm a huge Christian fan. One of my favorite workers... I just HATE those two moves. I in no way thing he sucks... his is actually one of the few Wrestling Tshirts I still own. Hooray misinterpretation. This here what we misinterpretation. It's a complication of poor sentence compilation. Sorry, just had to do it.

I personally do not consider him the best in the world, but likely one of the best in modern mainstream US wrestling due to his charisma, mic work, and adaptability

After watching his most recent match with Ryder, I'd have to say that yes Christian is one of the best in the company right now. Working in TNA has improved him greatly. Although he is only the ECW champion right now, I think he works a better main event level match than just about anyone else in the company.

All time? you can probably guess who I'm gonna say. Christian is a good, balanced worker but that alone wouldn't make him THE best. I just don't see that spark in him.
