on the snme dvd b4 the roberts/steamboat match they show a clip from toronto where 70000 people were there..seemed like alot for that era.. any1 know what the card was? that is all

I think it was the Big Event, where Hogan and Mr.Wonderful had there post- SNME blow off match

That was the WWF's largest crowd ever... until that other show Hogn wrestled at in Michigan a few weeks later.

This might have been the only WWF event held at old Exhibition Stadium in Toronto. I think the Roberts/Steamboat match was the "blow off" of their feud.
Back in the 80's, Toronto had a house show once a month. I think WM6 outdrew this event by a few thousand fans.

I think it was the Big Event, where Hogan and Mr.Wonderful had there post- SNME blow off match Actually the feud was only a month old at this point as this was in August 86 and Orndorff turned heel in July, and they didn't have their SNME encounter yet.
