It'd be great to see him back, but could he still be heel? He's so well respected, could he still heel it up?

I think the best question would be, who would benefit most from him? The beauty of managers in the old days was that they could act as the mouthpiece for those that had the skills, the look, but lacked the mic skills. Bobby Eaton was one of my favorite wrestlers, but man he was one of the worst interviews in the business. It was years before I noticed that though, because Cornette did all the talking for the Midnight Express. Cornette did a great job with Yokozuna later on also. Bobby Heenan sure made the Andre/Hogan WMIII match more interesting because for the promos leading up to the event, he could speak for Andre (who it was always hard to understand). So that being said, who in today's WWE would benefit the most from a Bobby Heenan? I think if Chris Benoit were to turn heel, him and Bobby Heenan would be awesome together!

Yeah Masters would be good like when Bobby Managed Rick Rude or Lex "Narsissy" Luger. Bobby could also take someone Tyson Tomko and make them a lot more interesting to watch. Specially with his new big boot knock out gimmick. With Bobby hyping him up I'd be he'd get some major heat. I don't think Carlito really needs a manager he's good enough on the stick alone. On Smackdown side I feel the same about Ken Keneddy as Carlito he can do his own talking. I think Bobby could make a Heenan family outta under used guys with no direction like Sylivan, Dog Basham, Simon Dean, Steven Richard and Orlando. All guys Bobby could really help get over.

nah im not a fan of tha masters paraing. He needs to be with somebodywith enough Mic Work to make sure that bobby doseant steal the spot-lite. so i think that maybe a group with kennedy, cpt. charisma, and maybe MNM.

Putting a guy like Bobby Heenan on someone who's already a great talker seems slightly pointless to me.

Putting a guy like Bobby Heenan on someone who's already a great talker seems slightly pointless to me. Perhaps, but remember that Heenan managed Rick Rude and Mr. Perfect, two guys who could certainly hold their own on the mic.

Heenan would fit in with Bradshaw & Orlando Jordan. They're sneaky, which is a trait "the Brain" would love.

Rob Conway. just hearing Heenan recite the words to his song would be classic. And he'd of course do some guest commentating during matches sometimes, and JR would try and get him to explain what exactly "The Con-Way" is and I'm sure The Brain would come up with something hilarious.
Other guys he could help... The Heart Throbs and Johhny Parisi.

I have trouble picturing him managing the Hearthrobs because they're a little flamboyant for him. I think they'd be more up Jimmy Hart's alley (hey he managed Adrian Adonis).

Heenan also managed Flair, so he can easily be paired up with someone who can work the mic.
Pairing Heenan with someone, will make the wrestler a lot more credible. And if the guy can talk, he can do some funny skits with Heenan.
But Heenan hasn't been the same after recovering from throat cancer. He is a lot more difficult to understand and that unfortunately makes it a lot harder for him to do a promo or commentary.
