not, wrestling trivia per say...
Just thought it'd be interesting to post something interesting about certain people. Maybe we'll all learn something.
Here's some stuff I recently learned:
Ashley:
Ashley Massaro has a Bachelors of Science in Communications at the State University of New York and graduated at the top of her class.
Ashley Massaro's father, uncle, and brother are all wrestlers.
Ashley Massaro is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Ashley Massaro has worked with various charity organizations, including The Box Project and World Vision.
Carlito:
Carly Colon continues to compete in Puerto Rico's World Wrestling Council, where he is currently holding a feud with his brother, Eddy Colon. Using his WWE "Caribbean Cool" gimmick, Carlito has become a much hated heel at WWC, especially after spitting in the face of his own father, Puerto Rican legend Carlos Colon, on the "Llamado de la sangre" event November, 2004 at Caguas, Puerto Rico.
On March 26, 2005, Carlito made his return to the ring (after a forced recess due to a shoulder injury) in a match against his brother in Caguas.
"Rowdy" Roddy Piper defeated Carlito Caribbean Cool on May 20, 2005, at the Friday Madness event, held at the Ruben Rodriguez Colisseum in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. The match was inspired by the events that took place at Wrestlemania 21, when Carlito attacked Piper on the Piper's Pit segment.
He also has a brother named Eddie.
Candace:
She's currently enrolled in College (and since she lives in west l.a. with her husband I'm pretty sure I know which one she's probably going to).
Victoria:
Has three older brothers.
Studied Bio-Med at UCLA and Loma Linda University.
Changed her last name from Sole to Varon for legal purposes. (Any idea why?)
Considers Torrie Wilson as her best friend.
She has worked as a Human Tissue Coordinator at the Inland Eye and Tissue Bank in Redlands, California, where she got involved with the process of organ donation. She hopes to return to this field after her wrestling days are over.
She continues to live in Ohio Valley Wrestling's homebase of Louisville, Kentucky even after being called up to the WWE in 2002.
She owns a restaurant named "Fat Tony's Pizza" in Louisville, Kentucky.
Maria:
Aside from Raw and Heat, she also works in Ovw and Memphis.
Christy:
According to a radio interview, she's a pretty good Daddy's girl. And initially told the wwe that she'd never pose nude because her dad asked her not too when started modeling. She had to ask for his permission when WWe approached her and he surprisingly said yes.
Batista:
Of Filipino and Greek heritage, he is married with three daughters: a 12-year-old and 14-year-old from a previous marriage, and a 19-year-old step-daughter. His wife Angie is a survivor of ovarian cancer.
Batista's wrestling career began when he met Curt Hennig and Joseph Laurinaitis (Road Warrior Animal) at a bodybuilding meeting. He tried out at the WCW Power Plant but was told he'd never make it in the wrestling business. He then went to the WWF who sent him to work with Afa Anoai. He wrestled in Anoai's WXW promotion under the name Kahn.
Chris Masters:
He claimed on Byte this that he was never a professional body builder.
He trained with John Cena and looks up to him.
