Muto vs Misawa Muto vs Kobashi I honestly could see those happening in 2009. All three are nearing the end of their roads as top level wrestlers (sad but true) and Muto is on good terms with NOAH.

I've given this some thought now...
I'd love to see a big match (30-40 minute) Undertaker vs. Sabu match, guy that can no sell anything vs. a guy that can take any amount of pain... oh yeah....

I remember someone mentioning Sabu/Taker as a dream match when Sabu was under contract to WWE, but I just don't think that'd be any good. I mean, sure they both can brawl and Taker can take some nasty bumps when he wants to, but I think that'd be just a big heap of crap.

Is it too much to dream for a Shawn Michaels/Sting match?

Is it too much to dream for a Shawn Michaels/Sting match? 10 years ago I would say yes but now Sting is not what he used to be and IMO it would be a massive let down from what the fans would like. Ive ne4ver saw the big appeal in Sting where as HBK is one of my all time favorites.

To be honest, Sting wasn't quite the same in the ring during his late 1990s run much less today. Sting's best work was between 1988 and 1993. Like Luger and Windham, Sting most looked like a star when he was working with Ric Flair. However, I would still love to see Sting and Michaels wrestle. Michaels seems to be able to have good matches with wrestlers well past their primes like Hogan and Flair.

He can carry anyone to a great match. Sting seemed to have a very short run as being a very good in ring workewr if that is the case then.

The peak years of his in-ring work might be short compared to other wrestlers, but it was fun to watch him rise up and become the babyface top guy of the company. He was colorful, charismatic, and good in the ring. His match with Flair at the first Clash of the Champions let him leapfrog ahead of Luger and Windham, who had at that time looked like the two top contenders to be the next top guy. As NWA/WCW entered the 1990s, Sting became WCW's Hulk Hogan, but he also had the appeal of being young and colorful like the Ultimate Warrior (but he was much better in the ring).
His matches with Flair, Muta, Vader, Cactus, and Rude stand out as does his teaming with Koloff, Rhodes, and Luger and his War Game matches with the likes of the Steiners and many others. His 'Crow' character was captivating, but it ultimately didn't lead to much in my opinion since they botched his win against Hogan and soon let him become less interesting as a nWo Wolf Pack member, and thus one member of a pack led by Nash.

Sting vs. Shawn Michaels The Undertaker vs. Abdullah the Butcher He might have supernatural powers, but turning that into a good match would be beyond all his abilities.
