That its over and wwe should learn that if you dont have 2 wrestlers (sorry 'superstars') that can work together for an hour and put on a good show then they shouldnt bother putting on such a display of absolute squared circle diarroea Apparently you still don't know how an "appreciation" thread works. Seriously what is the point in having an appreciation thread and a depreciation thread? Are forums not for having a debate? All you are doing is separating each group!

This is an appreciation thread. If you didn't like the match, post in the DEpreciation thread.

I was expecting a tragedy. Glad I didn't get one as the match was fairly entertaining.

Maybe there should be a debate thread.

All you are doing is separating each group! exactly.. what would one say in an appriciation thread? "yay" "good match" "I agree" "woo Hoo" while the deprectiation thread is "This sucks" "Cenas a loser" "WWE is being boycotted" It'd be fun to have a thread as a decicated post game to the main event rather than killing all need for conversation.

I will be posting in both threads....first 3 things I appreciated about the match....
1. Orton running with the lead...genius idea and very realistic. Only thing would have been better is him running around the back or up the tron.
2. Orton trying to blow up John Cena....awesome spot.
3. Ref bump finally going against the heel....its about time somebody did this spot.

Maybe there should be a debate thread. Only if we start with a debate thread on whether we should have the debate thread.

What is there to debate anyway? It all comes down to difference of opinion and when you have something like an Ironman match where you might as well call it a Marmite match because of the differentiating preferences fans have - you're not going to get anywhere.
Hell, just look at the Bret vs. Shawn Ironman match - you'll get just as many people singing its praises as the best thing ever as you will people condemning it as complete trash. Sure we can all state our opinions, but when everybody has a completely different idea of what the "facts" are - it's debate that will end up going nowhere.

This is done to keep people from starting flame wars to help you all from getting warnings for flaming/flame baiting as has already been done by some. Some have yet to grasp that idea and instead of "Yeah, I didn't enjoy it as much as y'all did" or ignoring the thread completely which is the best option, they are are posting stuff trying to cause trouble. More so, if you want to debate the match itself, you can do so in the PPV thread. Any further on this can be taken to Ask a Mod or PMs.

I think it's the best match I've seen all year, it was better than Taker vs. Michaels.

Sorry, I forgot opinions on the matter were not welcome your holiness. I hardly badmouthed the match, but merely made an opinion based on the fact it would seem kinda ridiculous to start ANOTHER thread on DEBATE for the match... since we're trying to avoid clutter of topics, I think a thread discussing it would be better than a YAY and a NAY thread. Seems like common sense, but thats going to take a back seat to your arrogance I suppose... Enjoy the thread.

A lot of people just flat out do not like Iron Man matches. It seems to be one of the more polarizing match types, regardless of who wrestles in them. I personally love them. I also love 60 minute time limit draws. Not every single match is about who wins or loses to me, as long as the match itself is a good match and keeps me entertained in some way. I guess Im more old school like that.

I wasn't expecting a wrestling classic but the last 10 minutes had me on the edge of my seat. I enjoyed the match. However there was a lot of stalling. Many times I questioned why Orton didn't go for the easy pin rather then just staring at Cena with his Vintage Viper eyes.
As corny as it was, I did mark hard for Orton trying to blow up Cena at the ramp! ;D

I thought the pyro stuff was so well done. The way they built to it slowly. You could practically see the gears turning in Orton's head.

How exactly did the AA/RKO counter lead to a double pinfall? Did they both have an arm draped over each other's chest or was it a double knockout that gave both guys a fall?
