After the previous thread I thought. Hell we need a poll on this subject, thus here it is. One time only, enjoy everyone.

Tomko could've been a World Champion by now.

How is AJ a missed oppurtunity in anyway? He was a big star in TNA, but then the even bigger stars joined the company and he became Christian Cages side kick, then he became Angles sidekick and then even Karens sidekick. He was worse then Robin.

Wow, no Monty Brown? But... AJ Styles? It was an executive decision*. ;D * In other words I was too lazy to add more voting options, and AJ was mentioned more often in the other thread than Monty.

I'm not the biggest Eric Young fan, but go back and watch his match with Larry Zbyszko at Bound for Glory 2006. Horrid match but the people were eating out of his hand. After that he trained for weeks in preparation for his epic bikini contest with Traci Brooks and fued with Roode for 12 years. Wtf?
also:
Christopher Daniels- I dont understand why they have a problem keeping him in the ME scene. The man can have a good match with almost anyone.
Samoa Joe- nation of violence and sloppy booking
Tomko- I think he could've done a lot more in early 08. Then again Im not sure whether to chalk that up to management or Tomko himself. Remember when he disappeared and then came back once like half the size?...then disappeared again.
AJ Styles- I agree with Lance Storm when he says Aj should be an "RVD" level star right now.

The thing with Tomko is, he screwed his own push up by no showing a fanfest booking he was supposed to be at to go wrestle in Japan

AJ got multiple title reigns so I don't think they missed much with him and clearly the sidekick role didn't hurt him that bad as he's still over.
Monty Brown should've got a run with the belt in late 04 when the fans were behind him.

AJ is a missed opportunity in the sense that, especially in 04-05, he was so different from everything else the WWE was doing, he should have been THE guy. TNA's advertising should have centered around him, so I can kinda see what your saying.

Tomko, because hes the only missed opportunity since hes no longer there and the rest are?

Monty Brown easily. Granted he wasn't great in TNA but, with a little more time he would have been better (see his WWE work).

Christopher Daniels. Fantastic wrestler and talker, but for some reason TNA's pretty much written him off as X-Division filler. This has always annoyed me.

This. He was over like mad, yet they refused to book him consistently in the main event. My interest in TNA dropped significantly when he left.

I said Tomko, although I would have said Monty Brown as well.
The reason they never pushed Monty when alot of people thought they should have was because TNA was trying to get Monty to sign an extension to his contract, which would end very soon. Ironic thing is, because he was not trusted with getting a huge push, he basically left for that reason.
Tomko was huge as a face and they were building towards Tomko being his own man and the fans loved it. Unfortunately, TNA decided to make him heel and make him a lackey all over again when the man was getting over on his own.
Both guys should have easily been given the torch, but unfortunately......TNA didnt trust either of the to be the top guy.
