Hi. I'm here at home looking through some old PWI issues and really enjoying the photos in every one of the mags. Alot of the pictures are of wrestlers in the ring before or after their matches. Alot of times the wrestlers in the photos have simular body gestures to each other but at the same time there all different from each other.
Are there any poses the wrestlers make that you just love to see, that little add-on that you like?
For myself I like how old-school wrestlers like Pat Patterson or Nick Bockwinkle would stand up straight with their backs to thier corner turnbuckle just calmly resting their forearms on the ring ropes.
Put up pictures if you like.

I like Randy Ortons poses. No homo, but his body is very impressive and athletic and when he throws his arms up and posed that way, so arrogant, it fits him and looks very good. Also, the thing he does when he stalking his "prey" for the RKO, where he bounces on the mat, is very well done.
& Warrior shaking the ropes!! haha

Diamond pose DDP did was pure awesome. Also Ravens sitting in the corner and arms outstretched poses made it look like he just didn't give a damn, really made him seem like an arrogant sinister bastard.

I'm a fan of:
-the RVD thumbs -Sabu's point -the 4 horseman hand sign (does that count? haha) -Raven's corner slouch -Chris Jericho's entrance pose (I used to do this all the time at shows with my band)
My dad's personal favorite was always the Warrior's thing where he pumps his arms towards the sky. He always used to wrestle us as kids and when that got busted out, we knew it was time for the pain.

- Ted DiBiase holding the lapels of his jacket, like so: plus his arrogant money pose while laughing during the actual match. - Ravishing Rick Rude's hip gyrations. - Anything Ric Martel did as The Model. - Flair's shake hands and slick back his hair move followed by the strut. - Hogan's ear cup. - Sting's (early 90s surfer version) wolf call. - Savage's weird twirly arms (you know the ones) plus any time he points at his opponent lots. - Arn Anderson's thumb across the throat.

I liked Saturn's thing he did that Orton copied for awhile. And I also liked Juventud's wet hair, head banging thing.

One thing about the old magazines I noticed that always made me laugh was that you could always tell someone's babyface/heel alliance based on what they were doing with their hands.
Babyface: fists, ready for action Heel: hands as claws, ready for action
I can't say every single time, but the overwhelming majority of the time, this was the case. Go look at some old Apter mags; you'll see what I mean.

I liked Saturn's thing he did that Orton copied for awhile. Barry O and Bob Orton were both doing it long before Saturn. It's an O for Orton
