Why not have an all knockouts show? They get the highest ratings, and there's not many x-division wrestlers left in the company.
Or just have a ''sunday night heat'' type show where some midcarders can put on matches whilst helping promote Impact and the PPV's.

It sounds good on paper, but a show of ONLY the X-Division might get old quick. I like variety on my wrestling shows.

God, that would be horrible. You need the mix.

Yeah thinking about it, it would be stupid lol. I'm all for two shows because they have such a huge roster and a lot of storylines going on. I don't get Xplosion (if there's even wrestling on it) i don't think. I wouldn't even mind if the 2nd show was an hr, i think it would help tremendously.

I think an all X-division show would be good, but I think they'd have to do a bit of building up of the x division on Impact before the show would actually start. I wouldn't want to see it completely disappear from Impact, which would obviously be the A show...but it would give them a chance to showcase something that, at one time, was the basis of what made TNA different than WWE.
Hell, why not give TNA two extra hours at some time throughout the week and have an X division show and a Knockout show.

what if they tried to make it a knockouts/x-divsion show I like this idea, but the X-division is a very grey area in terms of who does and doesn't qualify. I mean...really....who is X-division? who isn't? Technically it's either right?

if they took the time out to define it then it could work. if they have heavier guys then let it play into the storylines.
they have enough people and time to work out the kinks. plus with the knockouts being on the show they could definitely have space to iron out the small things.

One word.....no. TNA doesnt have the ratings, let alone the money, to do a second show.
A second show focusing on just the X-Division will be just like WCW Thunder because we know TNA doesnt care about the X-Division. The X-Division will be buried worse than they are already.

That's why if they ever have a 2nd show, just keep it mixed. An all heavyweight TNA show seems pretty boring to me actually...

Even though the X Division has a lot of awesome wrestlers, there needs to be a variety of wrestlers on one show so it does not look like we are watching the same match over and over again.

I think, as long as they were also mixed on Impact. I agree. I think a show for the X Division would be great since they never really use them much on Impact anymore ever since MEM.

They already kinda have a 2nd show, its called Xplosion. Why don't they just put it on a more popular network and make it their Smackdown to RAW's Impact?

I think the solution to the problem a lot of you are bringing up is that it'd be up to TNA to start diversifying the kind of talent within the X-Division.
By that, I mean that you've got these guys who wrestle the, for lack of a better term, "stereotypical" X-Division style (MCMG, Amazing Red, etc.), but you couldn't possibly make a show just around those guys since there aren't enough of them to begin with, and it'd grow boring seeing the same style of match again and again. So, the answer is to mix in talent that can still be called X-Division, but doesn't wrestle the same style as the current crop of guys.
I mean, until recently they had Doug Williams, a submissions expert/technical wrestler, carrying about the X-Division Feast or Fired briefcase. They currently have a title match coming up between Samoa Joe and Homicide, two guys who hardly qualify as high-flyers, who are more in the striking game.
Eric Young had some shots this past year for the belt, and he definitely doesn't work the same style as the current crop of guys...hell, Bashir HAD the belt, and doesn't really wrestle the high-spot style (he's capable of it, but it's better as a heel if he holds back).
So it could work, but I agree with you guys that it can't be repetitious. It'd mean having to mix in different styles and sizes of guys who could still go with the "X" label.

I believe the X-Division has become irrelevant. It used to be pretty cool a few months ago.
Right now the MEM/anti-MEM storyline needs to dominate the show. When the MEM ceases to exist, then the X-Division might actually matter again.
