...and simply ran in, demanded a TNA title match, got one that very minute, bell rings, pedigree, pin 123, wins belt.
Then he beats everybody on the roster in 10-second PPV matches to keep the belt for about 5 years.

It'd be better than Angle.

It'd be better than Angle. Why because Kurt puts over younger talent?

I'd expect Linda McMahon to appear directly after announcing that she's purchased TNA and will declare war on WWE.

Like Matt Morg...Jay Letha...umm...AJ Sty...umm...Samoa J...Sting? Um...he did put over Lethal and Joe. And AJ, like 7 times, to get him over as a big time babyface again.

Um...he did put over Lethal and Joe. And how have their careers been since? About like Shelton's since he beat Triple H. Joe had a 6 month world title reign, was the first person to retain in KOTM, headlined their biggest PPV of the year, brutalized the MEM so much that they bought him because they couldnt beat him, and now hes X Champion.

World Title to rebuilt and midcard in a year. Great progress. Let me say this before people get the wrong idea, I am not blaming this on Kurt but, booking. Same as what happened to Shelton. For every Jeff Hardy (for Trips) or Joe (if you want for Angle), there are countless others who fell or just were ignored after they tried to get them over. To say that Trips has never put people over is just wrong.

I think Joe is more credible now than he was in his world title reign, tbh. And yes, the "triple h never puts anyone over and buries everyone!" stuff is annoying, old, tired, and stupid.

I agree circle gets the square.
I didn't mean to come off sounding like a jackass about Angle. I just don't think he holds anybody down. right now he is in a program with Morgan and he is making him into a main eventer. You get "the rub" by working with big stars like angle, Sting, Nash, Booker. If they sell any of your spots and big moves that is putting them over. Angle sells for Morgan like a midget vs Andre the giant. Hell I've seen Kurt Bounce around for EY

See, I don't mind about Jericho as I am one of the few that doesn't see him as a main event guy, really good and with the right people it works but, not on regular basis or WHC level. Joe and AJ were both monsters and stars (just IMO of course) before Angle got there but, since then, they have been built up and torn down on a couple of occasions each. It's just a waste when you have that kind of talent to yo-yo them. Hell, even Lethal who I am not big on, looked great in his match with Kurt and then...what a mediocre X run and feud over Val? Anyway, I derailed this quick. Uhh...how about that...thing?

To say that Trips has never put people over is just wrong. While TNA's booking has dropped the ball in various ways, I don't think there's any reasonable argument to say that Joe or AJ are basically at the same level Benjamin's at. Shelton's been "midcard for life" since he beat Trips, Joe and AJ have consistently been main eventing and winning titles. No, their booking hasn't always been sound (AJ's slow burn to the top is taking too long, and Joe was nearly sabotaged by awful character development during his title reign), but they're being protected more often than not. Now, Lethal is a different story altogether, one I still haven't figured out. He goes over Kurt, beats 3D almost all by himself...and then basically nothing. I thought they'd run with him and Creed as tag champs for awhile, but that lasted less than a week.

Ah so if HHH went to TNA, yes back to the topic right right...umm...he'd have a different name, he'd work angle first, then Nash then after a few months he'd get the belt and keep it for maybe 5 months. After dropping it to somebody he'd fight Foley again as a draw for a ppv (they put on some brawls in 2000 ya'll). He'd tear his quad at some point, come back with only a few months left on his deal and then God willing he'd be jobbed to the entire world elite, LAX, the X-Div, Shark boy and get squashed flat by Awsome Kong before losing a loser leaves town match to Cody deaner

On topic, I'd put him and Cornette on creative and let them roll. Maybe a few matches with Foley but, he'd be heard and not seen.

Actually he won the X-title, and then had another star making feud with Team 3-D, effectively beating them and Johnny Devine in a Handicap Hardcore match. Then TNA followed it with nothing, then a feud with Sonjay (deserves better), and you know he's doing what he's doing now, teaming with Creed on the basis of them being brothas
