I remember when Demolition won the tag titles at Wrestlemania XI from Andre and Haku, and they were a big face tag team. A couple of months later, they were heels and everyone hated them. Was there any explaination behind their heel turn?
Also, I didn't understand why Jake Roberts would be so upset about not being invited to Savage's bachelor party and then attack him at his wedding. What was the backstory of Jake becoming a bad guy.
I completely missed out on the storylines.

I think it was partly them bringing in Crush, which of course stacked the odds in their favor and possibly being intimidated by LOD

Demolition turned heel because of LOD coming in. Not sure of the reasoning they gave on tv.
Roberts had turned heel with the Undertaker-Warrior storyline where he tricked Warrior into being attacked by a snake.

Wasn't Demolition's turn because they added a third member (B.A./Crush) to take Ax's place, then later any combination of the three could defend the belts? That's what I got out of it. The announcers talked it up like it was so bad to "cheat" like that; it was so unfair to the other teams.

Bischoff turning heel and joining the nWo. Didn't make sense to me.
Easy E was born to be a heel though. I hated that guy and his smile...
Another one was the British Bulldog turning heel (1995?).

They could have had him be a third man for the Hart Foundation. He couldn't do the switch of course but he could've watched their back and made any combination possible.

Bischoff joining the NWO was a case of 'if you can't beat then join them'. After the powerbomb by Nash he knew he'd be on the receiving end of more punishment if he stayed WCW so joined the bad guys so to speak. Davey Boy turned heel apparently because he was sick of American crowds exclusively chanting USA when he tagged with Luger or We Want Bret when he tagged with the Hitman. Lame but that the reason I recall

Bagwell when he came back after his neck injury. He could have been the next big babyface star to come up against the nWo, but NOOOOOOOO, because that would have made sense.

bob backlund heel turn was rather pointless Mr. Backlund was an amazing heel. In the circus show known as the WWF back then, he was a refreshing change of place. Plus it got the old fart over with fans who had no idea about his history.

Most of WCW's heel turns in the late 90s. It seemed like guys turned face/heel based on lazy booking rather than any concrete kayfabe reason.

Kurt Angle almost single handily saves the WWF's very existence, rather being the ultimate face and a hero to millions he's roundly booed the next night, to rub it in it was one of the evil alliance people that was cheered.
Well I suppose I do understand it to a degree, it just doesn't make sense when you think about it.

Sting's brief heel turn in WCW's dying days.
It made so little sense that even Sting didn't realize he'd done it.
Along those lines : Does anybody remember why Goldberg turned heel? Because I sure as hell don't. All I remember is him literally eating Scott Hall's contract.

Men on a Mission. Were they frustrated about something? I can't remember. I just know they were nice-guy rappers, and then they beat the hell out of the Smoking Gunns and were not-nice-guy rappers. (And they still sucked.)
The Power and Glory formation (two babyfaces suddenly are uber-mega heels) was also hazy. Entertaining, but hazy.

The Rockers came out for their match and Roma somehow thought they did it. They tried reasoning with him and Hercules came out to stick up for Roma. Even though any moron would have known they had nothing to do with it. The next week they said they were sick of The Rockers and brought out Slick as their manager.
