I think the styles clash is sort of a ho hum move, its not terribly devastating looking and doesn't have a lot of impact. When its BOTCHED however and the guy looks up when that's the last thing he should be doing it looks like DEATH. And we've all seen it botched numerous times, seeing the setup for that move always makes me a little nervous.
The Vertabreaker is another move that when I see ANYONE go for the setup it makes me immediatly nervous that I'll witness a killing.

Only move that has ever really made me nervous was the Steiner Screwdriver.

Reverse hurricanrana from the top rope is all I can remember to call it . You know the one move move where the receiver lands right on his face or maybe forehead.

Yeah, if any of you haven't seen it yourself look on youtube. Cringeworthy. Edit- actually the clip I'm specifically referring to is called poisoned frankensteiner on youtube.

Doomsday Device, since they always look so close to the move going horribly wrong, especially when old Animal does it.

The spot that always scares me is the one where a guy grabs the other on the floor for a slingshot type move but instead ships them to the side headfirst into the guardrail/barrier. When Jericho did that to Mysterio at the Bash I was positive that Mysterio broke his neck. Also, the super hurricanrana where both men are standing on the top rope, not very often used the last time I saw it was CM Punk hitting it on John Morrison. Some of the nastier suplexes like Taz's head-arm or the exploder, or Regal's half-nelson suplex/Regalplex are scary as well. During the more physical matches, I'm cringing half the time hoping the guys don't kill themselves.

Backbody drop. Looks like an easy move, oh yeah, all the guy has to do is flip back, but I can't watch that move b/c I feel like someone isn't going to land right, and land right on his neck. I cringed every time Flair took one b/c he always landed on his side.

Anything done on the concrete floor w/o protective mats. Especially piledrivers and suplexes...or suplexi.
