Former WWE Women's Champion Debra McMichael is apparently looking for a full-time return to professional wrestling. Her agent recently posted the following statement on her official statement: -
Hello Fans, this is Marvin Ward, Debra's agent. It is such a thrill for all of us having Debra come back to wrestling. The feedback and emails from fans have been overwhelming. Debra has been very emotional from all the love and support you are showing her.
Fans, we need your help. With the continued need for new talent and fresh story lines in wrestling today, we are on a quest to reunite Debra with Jeff Jarrett in TNA, but for some reason it is very hard to get management to call you back. They don't seem to think Debra has enough fan power to be heard. So we are asking for your help to let TNA know the fans want Debra back on TV.
Listed below are two email addresses to TNA. We are asking fans to email TNA and let them know you want to see Debra on TNA. Thanks everyone, get your friends and as many email addresses you can to let them know TNA needs Debra to set the women's division straight. Thanks everyone
In the subject line put URGENT - JEFF JARRETT & DIXIE CARTER
Tell them you the fans want to see them bring Debra to TNA Wrestling.

I don't mean this in a bad way, but Debra is quite old by wrestling standards (almost 50) Not to mention she's not a great talker anyway.
Although, I would probably tune in just to hear her shoot promo on Steve Austin and WWE.

Oh yeah, I'll bet all such demands are forwarded direct to JJ and Dixie...
They never even answered my query about getting a new DVD distributor in Australia.

Debra was always an appalling actress.

I doubt this. Even TNA would realize nobody gives a damn about Debra anymore and JJ does not need her and probably would not want her in TNA.

I read this thread, then went away and thought about it for a bit. I then went and got something to munch on, and a drink. And thought about it a bit more. I could possibly go away for a couple of days, and think about it for all of that time, and I still wouldn't be able to come up with a single reason why bringing Debra to TNA could be considered a good idea. So I'm not going to think about it anymore. I'm just going to sit back and wait until the terrible day that Russo decides that it's actually a winner, and goes ahead and does it

Kurt Angle will bring her in and sing a song with her then put her in an ankle lock.

Hello Fans, this is Marvin Ward, Debra's agent. THE Marvin Ward? I think the e-mails were ironic. Like how people write to networks to bring back "Small Wonder". Or the e-mails came from some crazed stalker who wants to wear Debra's skin for a mask. Here's your first problem. You say there's a need for new talent and fresh storylines, so your solution is bring back older talent and repeat storylines from 10 years ago. That makes about as much sense as going to the dentist to have your appendix removed. But you said you received overwhelming feedback and e-mails from fans who want Debra back on TV. I'm sure all my non-wrestling friends would love nothing more than to e-mail a wrestling organization they never watched asking to bring back somebody they never heard of before. And the only thing Debra ever set 'straight' were teenage boners.

if you have to rely on an e-mail bomb to executives to try to notice that you're asking, your relevance has past.

I thought she was extremely hot back in the WWF Attitude days, but there wasn't much to her aside from being eye candy. TNA should go after someone like Cherry who is both hot and can work a match. Debra would probably go down the same path as Karen Angle... crammed into storylines just to remain relevant, end up with a backstage segment, and ultimately forgotten all together.

Hiring Debra and (as the rumour goes) letting Jacqueline go = the very definition of the word "STUPID".
