I've bought 05, 07 and 08.
I gave my 05 License to a poorer relative a few years ago.

Can you edit the rosters in this? If so, sign me up. Well duh...you could do that back in the EWR days. This isn't a THQ game.

So in what way is it different from EWR specifically? I have and like EWR but have no idea how TEW is different.

So in what way is it different from EWR specifically? I have and like EWR but have no idea how TEW is different. It's essentially EWR on steroids. You can run promotions in places other than America, wrestler stats and gimmicks where way overhauled, people die in it and you generally get more of a feel for the promotion. Of course, it lacks the new workers feature in 2007 and being able to customise your product. In 2005 you have a list of templates to use.

Cheers whoever bumped this, I completely missed this first time around.
I've downloaded multiple TEW demo's and enjoyed them (although they're complicated to play), and EWR is an awesome game. Will deffo be downloading.

Just a reminder that this is released tomorrow or maybe later tonight depending if they are going by U.S. time or U.K. time.

I've played the demo, and it's not as fun as I imagined an "EWR on steriods" would be. It's a little too....uneventful. They also need to make it so that you can turn off some of the more tedious, time-consuming options or just hire an "assistant" to handle it for you. I'd also like to see a better multiplayer mode. Multiplayer is where this type of game could actually be great.

So it's just a text based simulation game? How is that fun? (Honest question, not trying to be a jerk asking it)

So it's just a text based simulation game? How is that fun? (Honest question, not trying to be a jerk asking it) because you are the head booker for any fed you want and you try to take your lowly company to the top by hiring new talent and putting on great matches...or you can focus on taking a worker you really like that is under valued in your opinion and making him the hottest thing in wrestling..plus all the dream matches that could be made and such...its actually pretty addicting if you ask me
