Just found this on Youtube:
Apparently happened a couple months ago. I don't remember any discussion of this on Wrestlecrap, though I may have missed it.
The related vids seem to suggest the ending is being played off as an OMG REAL SCREWJOB, but I'm inclined to take that with a grain of salt.

How is it that Nash gets away with using his old NWO and Wolfpack music on indy shows?

At least with the original nWo theme, it was open doman music (or something sounding like that), so I don't think WCW or WWE technically OWN it.
Speaking of which, I will admit, it was cool seeing him come out to that. If/when he ever goes back to WWE, I'd mark if he used the original nWo theme.

yeah it was billed as a shoot style revenge match based on 1995 when a jobber pirate tried to get his way out of losing to the wwf champion, and felt the need to cry about it after getting slammed with the jackknife. it drew a pretty impressive gate for a indy show (couple of thousandish) and despite Nash losing i did like the ending with the shoot style armbar playing off of Nashs real life arm troubles.
